Hello All,I was looking over two birth charts, as well as a synastry chart this afternoon.
Anyway, I was wondering if there were any 'clear indications' for marriage, or marriages, within a birth chart or synastry chart.
I believe at this point in time, that an accredited astrologer (one that has been doing it for a long time and really knows their 'stuff') has to look at the chart all-together. Clear indications as far as: Specific transits/houses/planets that may actually indicate the marriage/marriages. Thank you in advance for your time!

No, I don't think there is any such thing as a "clear indication". There are tendencies, preferences, opportunities, etc., that could lead to marriage if both people are interested.All synastry must begin by analyzing the individual charts for their "relationship signature". How important is relationship to a person (believe it or not, not everyone is driven by the desire to bond), what is their "type", how do they pursue, how do they attract, and so on. Then you need to determine if both people are the other person's "type". There is absolutely no point in comparing aspects between charts if one of the people doesn't see the other as "potential relationship material". Moon conjunct Pluto and Venus conjunct Mars can be totally irrelevant! I've got BOTH of these aspects with a brother-in-law, but I'm not attracted to him at all; he simply isn't my type. Transits only make a difference if they are activating something important in your progressions or solar arc. Venus can transit your entire 5th or 7th house without anything more than a yawn. Even if it does present an opportunity, there is nothing that means you have to accept it. It's like a job offer; you can always turn it down. IP: Logged |
