I read the whole thread and there was never a definite answer on asteroids. We impress so much upon them in synastry and some natal, why not at a fated degree? I have several, do they matter? IP: Logged |

There might be stuff out there on them by now. These guys wrote this a long time ago. What it is is the finals before going up to the next Sign. If you know the specifics of the asteroid, perhaps YOU will write the book on that one one day.

I would love a topic on Anaretic degrees and composite charts!I have two of those with my husband in our Comp: Jupiter in Libra 29 degrees Uranus in Scorpio 29 degrees I read that libra at 29 degrees can be a divorce degree... and I have read that scorpio at 29 degrees is the most karmic degree out there... I have read pisces at 29 degrees mean endings.... IP: Logged |

"In the numerology I use (Linda Goodman's Numerological System) and 29 means that you will be held responsible for any and all actions and if you do something wrong (and most times we KNOW when we are "up to no good") that you cannot blame anyone and probably will get caught for your misdeed. Now in astrology there is much emphasis on critical degrees but the 29th is the only one that I believe has meaning. When one of our planets or placements is at 29 degrees I feel that we will be tested in this lifetime regarding the planet, sign, house, and aspects of a planet at 29 degrees. For example I have Uranus in Cancer at 29 degrees 5th House. I wasn't planning on have a baby in this lifetime BUT how could I be "tested" regarding the care and nurturing that a baby needs if I don't have a baby? Therefore due to some crazy chaos I became pregnant. That was not MY life plan. But it was "the plan" Our Creator had chosen for me and I was to do the best job possible. 29 degrees means you are going to be tested to make sure you have "that sign" (in my case Cancer) until I can move forward into Leo maybe in my future in this lifetime or my next lifetime. Either way raising a child was a test that I had to pass in this lifetime. So I took the raising of my child very seriously. Priority. And she turned out darn good if I must say so myself. BUT I did take complete responsibility for her care and again, SHE was always priority. I always say try to do your absolute best when raising a child because at some point your child will be making decisions about YOUR care as you age, And my daughter is good as gold to me. So I do feel that 29 is a critical degree as that is the last degree before moving into the next sign. So whenever I see a planet at 29 degrees I think about just what exactly this person needs to assume complete responsibility for in this lifetime. Interpreting through the planet, sign, house, aspects always. I just feel that if we "blow off" a planet at 29 degrees we won't "pass" until we learn to manage that particular placement. And manage it dang well too. There are really tons of critical degrees out there but I feel that the meaning of the planet and sign is much more important than the degree in which it is found. Now I don't doubt these many critical degrees exist and possibly "add" more influence but I just haven't seen a correlation for these critical degrees that would give them more power than the sign and planet itself. Just how I feel And there are great astrologers using critical degrees all day long but I am just not one of those. Again I do consider 29 degrees to be a testing degree which increases the energy of that planet/sign, but all of the rest of the critical degrees are not of importance to me at this time." Wow, that’s really interesting. Sounds like you’ve passed the test What would you interpret Jupiter in anaretic degree to mean, positioned in the 7th house in Aries? IP: Logged |
