Topic: Saturn/Venus Double Whammy in Synastry

Hello, i have been in the strangest relationship of my life with someone who is my roommate for the past couple of months, off and on. Looking at our synastry, there are lots of things that jump out at me and really make the whole thing make sense. we have sun conjunct venus, chiron trine venus, ascendant conjunct moon, etc. in our charts, but the thing i find most interesting is the saturn/venus double whammy. His Saturn conjuncts my venus (5.07 orb), My saturn trines his venus (orb 1.14). What makes this so interesting to me is that, from what I have read, saturn means restrictions and discipline. And I am dealing with a man who is not monogamous. He doesn't "sleep around", he just has a few different girlfriends that he claims to love deeply, and one was his first girlfriend. but he travels alot, and doesn't want to be tied down. i refused to get involved with him at first, but our interactions were so wonderful, we literally got along like a house on fire. ALL kinds of strange things in common, we even dress the same sometimes (wear the same colors etc). Our connection was so amazing that it was stupid, really, not to go for it, and just enjoy it for what it was. When i saw that double whammy i wondered- does this mean that perhaps he might finally be able to settle down? he has certainly been talking about it and met me at a time that he has called "a period of soul searching". He doesn't want to hurt anyone anymore and is trying to make changes in his life. Does this indicate in this scenario that there might be something binding between us that astrologically speaking, anyway, might bode well for his choosing one woman? IP: Logged |

some more discoveries- our psyche conjunct psyche, our eros conjunct eros. i know psyche and eros are supposed to be natural partners, but what does it say when you have conjunctions with the same planet? is it like having two left shoes? IP: Logged |
