I'm not an expert in horary charts, but i found the information on this website very useful: http://www.skyscript.co.uk/horary.html

They also have examples & case studies, where they answer different horary questions - It's helpful to read through them if you have the time http://www.skyscript.co.uk/relationships.html#permanent
