I'm not the best at this because Ive only been studying astrology for a few years, sun conjunct pluto would make your sun which is ego, personality more like a scorpio sun. 12 house is things we keep hidden, subconscious, house of undoing. I think it could mean being egotistical could be a way of causing self harm to yourself.
Leo on the 7th house cusp means partnership, marriage. I'm thinking basically your gonna marry a guy who is leo like who probably will make you feel like he outshines you,insecurity basically since your sun is in the 12 or he may help you to shine could be another way to see it while you offer him depth to life. It's hard to say without seeing the whole chart.
