In the above example Capricorn is intercepted in the 2H and Cancer in the 8H. Taurus is in two houses the 7H and 6H and Scorpio is in 2 houses the 12H and 1H.

Interestingly Bjork is a singer and Saturn ruling capricorn in her 2H is intercepted falling in the 3H and she has made a lot of money as a singer/artist and is famous. Venus is ruling two houses for her, is like she used her strength (venus) to turn her intercepted sign (cap in the 2H with Saturn falling in the 3H) into a strength. Perhaps with Saturn in the 3H communication is challenging for her but with Venus ruling two houses she turned her weakness into a strength by using music as a way to communicate. Saturn rules longevity and she has chosen to communicate with art and signing and has left a lasting mark in the world doing this.
