I learned a new thing that I didn't see before. And I guess that is why I couldn't really understand the haphazard effect that transit had on my chart i.e sometimes they were evident. And sometimes not so evident. One must pay more attention to progressions on angles. Like when the progressed DSC is in Sag for instance & has arced to conjunct, oppose or square a natal or progressed planet for the whole year or two(depending on the Arc) There will already be things happening there. But with the added transit of Jupiter, they will be increased exponentially in magnitude(especially since Jupiter is at home in Sag). In my case, my progressed Asc/DSC axis is at 19 Taurus/19 Scorpio respectively. I have already had Natal Mars in Libra 19 forming a semi-sextile/quincunx aspect with the progressed DSC Asc respectively (yes, these "minor" aspects count) by an exact orb. And around the same time this year, Jupiter transit in Scorpio swept through my DSC by conjunction @18-20 degrees and I went back to school(Jupiter rules my natal 9th house of higher education). It most certainly did feel like a new beginning (Mars). But check this;the subsequent square aspect of trans Jupiter in Scorpio to my Ic/Mc in Leo/Aqua respectively, did NOTHING And that is because I don't have planets in late fixed signs natally or by progression. I only have Jupiter(which is too wide and in separating aspect with the Mc/Ic in orb to count) So take a look at your progressed Asc/DSC and arced natal or progressed planets. Especially those planets that the progression is applying "to" and not separating "from". The subsequent transits of Jup/Ura/Sat will likely emphasize what is already there. IP: Logged |

Thanks for the detailed explanation! I plan to return to the workforce and Jupiter rules my 11th house so I hope I'll get help from my social groups? pNeptune is also conjunct my Dsc now and it rules my 7th house. Not sure what that means... A romantic partnership? Lol. quote: Originally posted by Aries23Degrees: I learned a new thing that I didn't see before. It should be auspicious for your love life but I don't know for sure. I just had Jupiter transit my 5th house and no love or romance came in... Maybe the 7th house might be more romantic though, so you might get lucky.IP: Logged |

But also my progressed Venus is opposing progressed Pluto so this is kind of f*cking me up. Transit Pluto is about to finally stop squaring my natal Venus in a week or so, so hopefully that explains my lack of love when Jupiter transited my 5th house of love the past year and no love came in. If you don't see love coming in now that Jupiter is on your DC then perhaps your progressed or natal Venus aren't receiving the friendliest aspects conducive for finding romance.IP: Logged |

I hope so! Looking at close applying aspects, my pVenus is sextile pPluto now at 1a and trine pNeptune at 4a. nVenus is also conjunct pMercury at 1a and sextile pMars at 1a. IP: Logged |
