Do you wish you were a different sun-sign? Do you even feel like your sun-sign? What other planet/sign in your chart would you say defines you best? Are you happy with it? Are there other signs/planets you 'd rather "be"?that kind of thing... IP: Logged |

I don't know what I'm most envious of, so much earth or so much goat! Would you say you feel close to perfect inner harmony (including if you have "hard" aspects" between those planets that may then be smoothened by the same-sign-ness)? IP: Logged |

I would say so. I have more Earth that I rely on, such as my Virgo ASC.IP: Logged |

I think Virgo/Cappy is fabulous. Even more so as most people seem not to pay much attention to it lol I also love my mars (Scorpio) but if I had to forsake my other energies to live off my sun/moon earth, I think it'd be happy.

That's nice and different to read I love it. It has the awful downsides of: - what people think they perceive from it and often react to in a very entitled manner. - me still not having found a way to channel it into work-work after all these years. - often feeling like it's the only mars that can handle itself. Other than those it's pretty much amazing, especially for physical tasks that require stamina. Your emotions are your fuel so as long as you feel you can keep going. And it can be very disciplined which is fantastic when you have dietary restrictions or tight schedules/dead lines...IP: Logged |

I appreciate my Gemini sun rather a lot. Especially the innate curiousity and quickness of thought. I think I have enough earth in my chart (Virgo Moon, Taurus Venus, Capricorn Neptune) to counteract the restless tendencies of Gemini/Mercury... And enough water (Mercury/Mars in Cancer, water houses) to counteract any shallowness. So it's a pretty good setup. So, yeah... I definitely feel my Gemini Sun. Libra Ascendant and Cancer Midheaven also define me. As does my Taurus Venus, Virgo Moon and prominent Neptune. I think I also come across as rather Uranian even though that planet doesn't make a big showing in my chart. Uranus does contra-parallel my Sun, Mars and Midheaven though, and has quite a lote of midpoint involvement, so maybe that explains it. I guess I might be made up of quite contradicting parts, which quite fits Gemini. (Practical and down to earth but also an intuitive artsy dreamer, blunt and rebellious but also intrinsically a nurturer and peace keeper, brainy to the point of forgetting the physical but also indulgent and decadent...) What I don't have is ambition and drive... of the sort that strong Saturn/Caprcorn or Mars/Aries might bring. I can't say I feel a lack exactly, but I would probably get more things done in life if I had a bit more determination and initiative. IP: Logged |

Interesting, thank you! I think the key to understanding how Gemini accomplishes is direction. You have to look horizontally, not vertically and then you realise how much that sign does Capricorn typically builds up, Gemini, like Sagittarius, they're all about expansion, webs and horizontal net work... so you may do a lot more than you give yourself credit for, even if you don't feel so determined or driven to I like that you get so much out of your sun by actually having it completed or even tamed a bit by the rest of your chart as you see it. It sounds very sensible to me, sort of a way to say "I love my sun because I get to have its bad sides in check". If only people could look at every char that way, looking for complementarity instead of separative aspects... IP: Logged |

I’m a Pisces sun and I love my sign although I wish I could be a bit more realistic. I have a 12th house stellium so I think I very much live in a dream world when reality is a little harsh. I do have a cap moon which makes me more grounded than I would be without it I think and I’m Aries rising. I have no air in my chart though so maybe I’d have Libra somewhere to balance me outIP: Logged |

I'm a cappy moon too and I feel it completely prevents me from lying to myself or getting lost in my dreams (although I also have a Virgo sun ) but despite my strong Leo innocence, I feel the earth wins. I think Pisces is brilliant and as a Virgo I feel I've only got to get the best of myself after having deep and long experiences with Pisces, maybe because of the mutable axis and the specific elements, both deep, but I feel this opposition is so very special and we have a real ability to connect to the other side and balance the energies. I do have a bit of air with my Libra mercury but I honestly feel it changes nothing, it doesn't make me softer or less intense and emotional. I have Capricorn and Scorpio surrounded by Leo and Virgo, it would take a LOT of air to temper all of that lol I'm sure your 12th house energy has all the lightness you need, it's just not given and requires you to tie up loose ends, something fish love creating IP: Logged |
