Well, those Nodes conjunct should say something about two paths are crossed, those two chart rulers are involved in that conjunction too. Your Saturn on that, the encounter is delayed by a block on your part perhaps. He touches your Venus, you touch his Mars by the Vertex axis, a nice fit. His Mars is on your Pholus/Anti-vertex, a meeting that has great impact on you. I hope you two won't create chaos wherever you meet with those Uranus aspects.

I think it's important to choose the mythical asteroid pair that figures in the synastry, it should offer some additional clues.
