I think my Venus completes a grand kite for him too involving his north node, ceres/bml/IC and Mars/MC/Karma. That's so intense... And beautiful I think... He really had a crazy crazy, craaaazy, abusive lying craaazy mother, as that IC-lilith-ceres conjunction shows.. And an abusive father as well, mars on the mc opposite that conjunction... They've since made good and his father seems to have sincerely apologized and remedied his ways but was super triggered by his mother. Anyway... his north node in there tells us that this is helping him develop on the path he needs... enter my crazy old twelfth house Venus! IP: Logged |

The Juno/Jupiter kite in composite is very nice. But I will be honest with you, this doesn't look like the best of synastries for you, I am afraid  You will get lonely at some point, in this relationship. But don't get discouraged, true love, if this is the case, can conquer many things  ------------------

I think I already am a bit lonely... But with the 12th house Venus natally I'm no stranger to loneliness... What do you see which indicates the loneliness, I wonder... The last relationship I was in my moon was basically unaspected--nothing could be worse than that for loneliness.. Or I guess feeling very misunderstood and not feeling free to speak my mind would do it too. sigh. We shall see. Things are changing so rapidly all the time. IP: Logged |

With my Chariklo on his North Node I have been really thinking about the dynamic where I need to assert my individuality, indivisibility, and grace... my boundaries within the relationship and also know when and how to take time out and for myself in my own right. I'm also noticing that when we are operating as two competitive egos essentially insecure about the health of the relationship, the synastry comes more into play, and when we get rolling with one another in a trusting loving context, and conversations are flowing, and intimacy is happening, the composite begins to shine and to take precedence. I know some people say the composite doesn't take effect until a long while into the relationship, others say it's always in play... I'm beginning to think it comes into play whenever we are truly interacting and furthering our mission together, not merely defending our positions as individuals... And to somehow tie this into the actual thread topic (you can see I'm in considerable turmoil at the moment so I apologize for being so all over everything with this relationship)... The strong configurations in our composite give me hope, and the revelation about my Venus playing a part in completing that Grand Kite for him gives form and definition to my role in his life as well as hope for our relationship. I'm a Vesta ascendant... I want to be of service. I am glad that our grand square in composite is in mutable signs, because the fixed Mars Pluto square in synastry is certainly a doozy... Do you have his TOB? I can see your Venus is actually aspected by Mars and possibly his Moon, I am not clear if you have his TOB or not. But your Sun looks untouched. Is your Sun peregrine, as it appears?------------------

Our Suns are quintile one another. He was actually born at noon. I don't know what peregrine is... *trots off toward google*His osc. or true black moon lilith is on my north node... Mine on his Mercury... His venusia conjunct my venus. feeling good about things today. What a roller coaster... But he just told me to stop looking at his chart and stop talking astrology at least for today which is actually for the best, but embarrassing and frustrating because it is a tool for me to understand things (lilith really came out last night... But he is so understanding, really...) Anyway, I am going to take his "advice" (order?) and take a break for today. My Sun is widely conjuct my chart ruler Pluto, trine Ceres, sextile mean Lilith and widely square my MC... But I guess it is kinda peregrine.Aaaand I'm a little addicted to astrology. I guess y'all can maybe relate. But it's so darn useful n fun! IP: Logged |

I know this is a composite but I still reflect on this relationship and what it all meant and what our purpose was/is. There was instant familiarity from the second I heard his voice. LONG story short we dated for almost 3 years but ultimately it felt more platonic than passionate and I couldn't see myself married to him. We parted on good terms and I have nothing bad to say about him. He will always be special to me.  Dizzying amounts of pattern completion! And our synastry (2 yods):  Any insight? IP: Logged |

Nice castle, Margy Mars in the 8th platonic? I find it hard to believe. Maybe because it's Aqua.The synastry is one of those with deadline, too many unaspected planets. Especially your Moon MC ruler not aspected? I must find Ceri's thread on Midheaven, so important when it comes to seeing a relationship as the future and getting involved in it. It's the Saturn point and I believe we may not have any commitment or marital relationship without it being touched.
especially being the Moon and considering your Cancer intercepted in the 10th and your Sun almost exact on MC? Nah! No MC, no "marriage" ------------------

As for my planetary involvement, it seems like my planets, especially Jupiter and NN, but also CERES and Neptune fall such that they make the pattern closer, and of course my Jupiter is a planet, he has got jsut an asteroid there, EROS, and it is out of orb for some of the aspects, while my jupiter clearly isn`t. What I mean is this:
my Jupiter square his Mercury 1.50
my Jupiter semisquare his Venus 0.18
my Jupiter opposite his Mars 0.07
my Jupiter opposite his Jupiter 1.03
my Jupiter sesisquare his Juno 1.27
my Jupiter opposite his AMOR 2.09
my Jupiter conjunct his EROS 2.52
my NN conjunct his Mercury 0.47
my NN semisquare his Venus 0.46
my NN square his Mars 0.56
my NN square his Jupiter 0.00
my NN sesisquare his Juno out of orb at 2.30 though.
my NN square his AMOR 1.06
my NN square his EROS 1.49
Of course my CERES and Neptune also figure in, and to some degree my ASC, but those, Jupiter-NN are making the closest pictures and reaching pretty much all of his 8th harmonic planets in orb (even Juno is getting pulled in somewhat more).

Also have a bluish, well blue-red, pattern, orbs might be partially too wide again. I mean who would accept a Venus-ARthur conjunction at 5 degrees? (interestingly we have that as DW, but anyway)But the thing is they might get pulled in and at least have an ambient effect. For example his Mars-Jupiter-Amor from 9-11 Virgo clearly trines his Chiron on 9 Taurus which is certainly in orb for trine my Venus at 6 degrees as well as my Spirit-Guinevere at 10 Cap and his Arthur-Merlin at 11 Cap.

of course the more asteroids we put in, the more likely we are going to find patterns. However, I do think, at the very least the Kite we have is valid, involving his Mars-Jupiter-conjunction, his Chiron (I see Chiron def. as major), my Venus and my Jupiter. IP: Logged |

I could be interpreting you wrong but I think my MC is late degree Gemini (as is my Sun) so my MC ruler should actually be Mercury...though the sign of Cancer takes up basically my entire 10th house. My Moon is unaspected though (only minorly) so you're right. I never gave thought to how many unaspected planets there were but there are many! It felt really nice and easy while in it - I was very comfortable with him but again, maybe too much!

I consider the primary ruler of an intercepted house the ruler of the intercepted sign; a whole sign is "hidden" in an intercepted house (and for pole proximity DOBs, more than one) which makes this house stronger and focused around that particular sign, which becomes a primary lesson/evolution for the native (the whole axis in fact) ------------------
