I close my eyes and a I see an early degree Cap (1 to 3) - in your 8th house, fit for such a Scorpionic girl. His Venus right on top of your Neptune/Uranus, worshiping you in your secondary 7th and 8th. 3 deg. a bit to the left for a septile with your Mars. Sextiling your Sun/Pluto. His Mars in early Taurus opposing your Venus and Jupiter and his Moon(or Jupiter) in early Pisces, making a wonderful Love Mystic rectangle for you. Jupiter there would be wonderful for your Chirotic Moon, like a balm. It would drag your Saturn into the Mystic Rectangle, tightening its orb. But a compassionate, happy, unconditional, loving Pisces Moon could do the trick too. And you are used to Moon Saturn energy, he would bring its light side. So... either Jupiter or Moon lightening your other interception. Neptune would have been dreamy too, but...it's not possible. If Jupiter is there, Moon should still be in Pisces, trining your Sun and sextiling your Neptune/Uranus with his Venus. A Pisces Moon is a dream for a girl like you with so much 12th house, 6th 12th and Virgo/Pisces interception and Neptune in your double secondary love house. His ASC/DSC late Libra or early Scorpio, cutting through the interception there; better early Scorpio, for you to have Venus/Jupiter right near his ASC, but coming from the 12th, an energy you would both like. Or maybe his ASC on your Juno, and all your planets in his 1st/2nd, in tune with his Aries/Taurus DSC. He should also have some major love asteroid in Gemini (like Vesta) to GT your Saturn Vertex/Venus.

Oh yes, lot’s of experience with Fishy Warriors, there’s attraction and mutual understanding. Since I have a very close Mars-Neptune, I forgive them their mushiness, vagueness, mutability, dreaminess; I secretly adore them for that, like a benevolent mother towards a naughty son. Yes, that’s the dynamics between Virgo dominant woman and Fishy, a mother that scolds her child yet inside she’s smiling at him.

My NN in 12H feels that it should embrace Pisces energy, I already admire it for its depth, empathy and transcendency, but I have yet a long long road towards accepting it in my being. But in a long run I get frustrated with Pisces energy and maybe it’s embodiment in Mars would be too aggressive, too in my face. That was my first thought when I read your interpretation. It’s very very attractive and DW with Venus sounds dreamy, yet I’m not sure how I’d cope with so much Mars energy (Mars-MC- Mars-IC), maybe I’d go LOCA. I think it would be too explosive... Mars opposite my Mercury and square Mars – a ticking bomb. It’s true that I have Mars-Mercury, yet that’s the aspect I hate... You know, so much deep seated aggression and drive (IC-Mars), that wants to be released through words... It’s hard, sometimes when I’m conversing and confronted with ignorance and apparently wrong judgements that contradict my values and belief, anger paralyses me and I can’t speak and/or think rationally, yet alone form some sensible arguments. Hm, but what I find interesting is that you’ve emphasised the ruler of the second house – Mars. I’ve never considered it, and second house ruling body – that was sunk in oblivion. And you’re right, Mars must play a strong part in my synastry, according to the aspects it makes and conjunction to IC.

I would, however love Pisces Moon, instead of Mars, actually I’ve experienced it and it was magical. There isn’t a thing I don’t love in Pisces Mooners, okay maybe some minor defects, but that’s the Virgo talking, so I ignore them... Maybe the square with Mars and opposition with Mercury would be a little too harsh for the gentle Fishy Moon, so he’d have to have some more “tough” natal placements or aspects. What do you say, would it work? I know it’s easy for me to “hook” them okay, that sounded so evil. I would never hurt nor use my precious Pisces, usually they are the ones that wrap me around their little fingers.

DSC CONJUNCTION

Yes, I love me some Cancer and Leo, especially on the Descendant. Leo Ascendant would be lovely, I have a friend with this placement and we get understand each other completely, at our cores, without much words said or hours spent together. The Jupiter I would rather put on North node, to balance it up a little, I feel like this SN-Jupiter conjunction is pulling me backwards, making me fall every time I try to fly toward the sky of Aquarius and Pisces infinity.

I agree with much of the 'ideal' one for you indicated by Belba and LeeLoo. Of course you could have a number of ideal partners but then you do have Venus conjunct Jupiter with Jupiter ruling your DSC! So maybe a fistful of people would suffice - maybe.

I too thought of these points:

early cap
late Taurus
early pisces, late pisces
virgo
cancer
Gemini
Sag/Scorpio

So,
Someone born on 12 September 1994:

Sun 20 Virgo (giving you many strengthening aspects - same as your moon sign, trine your cap/nep, sextile like nearly half your stuff, plus ruler of their sun, Mercury is in Libra conjunct your Sun-Moon mp and Juno. Plus I don't mind that quincunx to your Saturn as it is probably better than an opposition for you and it gives you a double whammy Sun/Saturn)

Moon late Sag (or early Cap but maybe Sag would be better to match your sign on the DSC), giving you a trine to your Moon, and a semi-square to your Sun - not as harsh as the square but they will probably find you a bit overbearing, self involved etc and maybe eventually you might find them a bit too dependent - though a Sag moon likes their freedom a bit too and their moon ruler is conjunct your, Jupiter is conjunct your Sun and you would be older than them.

Mercury 13 Libra, fitting nicely as said with your Juno-Sun/Moon mp. There is the square to Uranus-Neptune which could be a problem but they have their Sun trining that conjunction from Mercury ruled Virgo so maybe they are two steps ahead of you anyway and they do have Uranus-Nep there themselves and its trine the Venus ruled ASC with Venus conjunct your Mercury in Scorpio - so yes, they are a pretty good match on wits - might keep you on your toes ha, ha.

Venus 4 Scorpio, as said, a beautiful combo for you, both conjunct your Venus/Jupiter and Mercury, and in same sign as Mars and Sun, and in quincunx to ASC (could be a bit of a problem but the quincunx can be beneficial over time - especially with such a full on character as yourself, lol)

Mars 17 Cancer nicely not in challenge to your powerful Scorpio planets though in opposition to Uranus/Neptune - which will probably be the signature trial of the relationship and quite possibly end in a volatile bust up though with rulers moon and Saturn - maybe it could go the distance but certainly there would be some full on moments - luckily there is a lot of supportive aspects from inner planets both sides - so just maybe...

Jupiter 11 Scorpio, excellent for you and nice in there chart too.

Saturn 8 Pisces, again the theme of the Moon-Saturn opposition but trine your Sun and ASC ruler so could be glue.

Chiron 13 Virgo nice sextile to your Sun and Mercury, I like it - they would be pretty smart and you would know it! haha

Uranus 22 Cap - cool with your 'junk'
Neptune 20 Cap - ditto and they would probably idolise you, always pleasant if they are not totally psychotic and a cling on though with venus in scorpio ruling Taurus Asc and sun ruler, and the same venus conjunct Jup, moon ruler, then you have one intense little lovebird there - probably just what that Sun/Pluto/Mars in Scorpio ordered

Pluto 25 Sco capacity to understand your 'junk' again
NN 16 Sco, superb, sitting on your Sun, again you are fab for them too.

You do still need them to have something in late Taurus though
So ASC 28 Taurus
which would make moon at 27 Sag

You might not complete her aspect patterns though
And ideally, they could have had something nice and significant on your ASC/DSC and Nodes but if you put the Sag moon there, then they won't probably be able to live with you due to the intensity to your inner planets and the square to your Moon, so maybe we just have to settle for the close aspect of their Venus-Juno to it - which may well be superfab too. Maybe there is one of the other LA's or something there I didn't look at the whole tribe. Or maybe if you go a little later on their ASC and Moon still in Sag, then you have their ASC/DSC closer to your ASC/DSC so yes that could well be it.

Oh and look at that,
So yes, their Eros and Mercury conjunct your Juno and Sun/Moon mp (and Pholus semi-sextile)
Karma and POF conjunct your Saturn
Vertex conjunct your Venus/Jupiter and Vertex
