does the writer mean:

1. "either" the transiting saturn or the transiting jupiter (or both?) must aspect "both" the "natal" 5th and 7th ruler, or

2. must aspect both the 5th and 7th rulers also in transit?

the author says that Transiting Jupiter and Saturn, BOTH of them, need to aspect simultaneously the person's 5th and 7th house rulers at the same time - by a conjunction, trine or sextille.

so we're talking about the "natal" degrees of the person's 7th and 5th rulers which must be being affected by TrSaturn and TrJupiter?

I remember a while ago I read on some blog where the writer stated something similar, although in her case, the transit saturn was aspecting her 7th ruler also in transit.

I remember she said that she had Uranus as her natal 7th ruler, and when she got married, the transit saturn was trining transiting uranus, meaning something like this that when uranus and saturn are trining in the sky, there's a possibility for Leo Ascendant people to get into committed relationships.

I might be wrong though, and she could have meant that transit saturn was trining her natal uranus.
