Exactly! I prefer to spend my time alone than being in a nonmeaningful fake relationship IP: Logged |

Oh yes sorry I wasn't clear. I wanted to ask if the natal planets on Anti-Vx makes the person self-contained in relationships only.. Looks like I missed the chance this year! Haha My jupiter is at 2degAqu! I'll look fwd to next year then Thanks for the tips!

Moon-they wouldn't go to others as much for emotional support, preferring to console themselves and work through their emotions alone or in their own way. Sun-they wouldn't require others opinions for self esteem, they would be able to evaluate themselves and know their value on their own. Venus-they don't need a relationship to fulfill them, they only want relationships when they bring out a higher love and the chance to evolve. Mars-sexually self contained and what drives them to move forward us on their own terms. Neptune-they don't need religion to find God, they know where God is, inside themselves. Mercury-they think for themselves Etc, etc.... IP: Logged |

Right and also depends on the house where this conjunction happens.. My natal jupiter trines my MC exactly so career wise, I have to say I've been lucky so far. It's steadily progressing. However in terms of what 2H represents... I have yet to experience anything that I would call "lucky".. Or anything substantial.. Mercury is transiting right on Jupiter right now! Hope it'll help me finish off this paper I'm currently working on!! Lol Thank you for your explanation!! IP: Logged |

When ever something hits my vertex I am initially irritated by it. My Vertex/AntiVertex squares my Sun/Saturn opposition natally and in my Draconic Moon. IP: Logged |

You probably are more lucky than you think but your luck comes to you in unique ways, like what you value makes you lucky. Maybe others would take something for granted that you don't, you find good uses for it and come out ahead because of your value system. 2nd house and MC can run hand in hand... 2nd house is about possessions and what we value, your career and what you posses and value are merged in a positive way because these houses have come together through this trine. You're being given possessions, things that you have valued enough to attain...maybe it's knowledge, insights, talents or things you've taken the time to learn because it's important to you, you value it....and these things enhance your career. Oh wow.. Thank you so much for your interpretation! I guess I've always had some luck then.. I wish I was able to realize it! Aww! It sounds like I've been taking "luck" for granted.. haha! That doesn't sound good... I don't like to take anything for granted.. Right.. I keep forgetting that possessions can be anything.. not just materials or money! Thanks again! IP: Logged |

Yeah, indeed? My friend's anti-vertex is on my descendant and the composite North Node. That anti-vertex of his is conjunct his Mars-Mercury and opposite his Saturn... and it seems quite true what Dawn wrote; he is not satisfied with just any old relationship. He is constantly striving for incredible love unions, and yes spiritual ones. I wonder how she derives this urge toward spiritual relationship from the anti-vertex. Rings true anyway. So much to learn! IP: Logged |

Very cool Gabby thank you Mr Aries anti-vertex is parallel my sun/Mercury/Venus/Jupiter verrrry tightly. Do declinations count? Also my vertex is coming up to conjunct transit Uranus soon in my 6th. What sort of impact might this have? IP: Logged |

Wow. My husband's Vertex conjunct my NN, but it's a little over 2 degrees. Not sure what orbs count.

Gabby thanks a lot for this article. quote: Entire life directions, entire world views, can change when another’s planets conjunct our Vertex or anti-Vertex. We may divide our lives into ‘before’ and ‘after’ this Vertex-significant other.
Holy cr*p I think I have encountered this before through my Vertex axis, not just with my husband....though not to the extent that I divide my life into before and after. Not yet anyway IP: Logged |

My sense is that 2 degrees is about as wide as we want to get with this axis but personally, for me, 2 degrees includes anything from 2'-2'59 away, yknow? I'd say that's plenty significant. I'm using research + intuition when it comes to orbs and that's where I'm at with the vertex right meow I thought my natal Vertex was conjunct my Jupiter but the more I feel it out I realize it isn't quite there (Jupiter 2 Gem, Vertex 6). If it were a bit closer my life would be... different! IP: Logged |

What if my Anti-Vertex is exactly conjunct the Other's NN AND Juno?(Because he has a NN / Juno Conjunction natally) IP: Logged |

The VERTICES overlaying the NODES is a big deal. Typically, however, it's the VERTEX conjunct the NNODE, and ANTIVERTEX on the SNODE. But it's a powerful karmic link. IP: Logged |

^^Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. It doesn't seem wholly negligible, and Tyl's comments in Synthesis and Counseling in Astrology about the strange nature of time and the way it moves and warps organically, and we must take that into account in astrology.. i can't paraphrase correctly but I think something observable like that should be taken into account. Constantly revising my perspective IP: Logged |

My boyfriend's NN is conjunct my Anti-Vertex in the 12th by 0°49s However, my academic advisor's NN is conjunct my Vertex in the 6th at 1°00sEvery time I'm around my academic advisor, I feel a distinct "humming" in the universe, and my body starts involuntarily shaking whenever I'm in close proximity to him even though I'm not necessarily nervous. Throughout all of this I have full control over my mind and speech. I attribute this to the fact that the Vertex is considered more of an "un-earthly" point in comparison to the Anti-Vertex? Even before we started dating, I felt an uncanny familiarity and comfort with my future boyfriend. Zero nervousness, nothing. Interesting how different the points are. IP: Logged |

^^ Thank you for this, athenaia! Beautiful rendition of the feelings and experiences associated with each point... This makes sense to me, energetically, based on my own experiences with contacts to my Vertex/Anti-Vertex... I'll be paying more attention now, and I'll remember what you've said for a long time I think.IP: Logged |

Aw, thanks for the beautiful compliment YG! I'm absolutely fascinated by the Vertexes as they're so potent yet so few have been able to articulate the subtleties of their energy. I'm delighted whenever I find this in someone's synastry and hope to pick their brain about it, lol IP: Logged |

My husband's moon squares my vertex/anti-vertex exactly. About a 20 minute orb. My Moon is ALMOST conj his anti-vertex.. the orb is too wide though at almost 5 degrees. He and I have always felt comfortable with each other and it just seemed right that we be together. In our composite the vertex is part of a stellium in the 5H that includes Saturn, POF, Mars, and Juno. tSaturn (our comp DSC ruler) was conjunct the comp vertex the day we got married. IP: Logged |
