I agree, I think it is definitely about selfless devotion. I've also read it has to do with awesome sex - almost like it brings a mutual hyper-awareness of the monumental gift you're about to give to each other. Ritualistic, sacred, unspoken (words are indeed very unnecessary).

Part of me wants to say that once you're in a relationship with Vesta's name on it, there's NO GOING BACK.

But that would be too Plutionian. It's more like, you just know not to mess with Vesta - out of pure respect..

I've had a previous relationship with some significant Vesta and when it ended (quite badly, no respect there.), it felt like the ultimate betrayal. I was in denial for months. I mean, the guy has some serious karma coming to him and I hope I'm not around during his next lifetime so I don't get dragged into it.

My boyfriend's VESTA is conjunct my LILITH (0°) and square my VESTA (2°). We're both 12H VESTA'ers, too.

Otherwise, mine trines his 5H MOON-BML; his is sextile my his SIVA (0°) with my KAALI (1°) and opposite our huge karmic stellium across 16°-20° Taurus. Which includes my skipped-step CHIRON.

I just found Vesta conjunct Vertex and NN can be a marriage aspect. My parents have it. I have Vesta aspects in long term couples.

Wow, Aub! That's a cool way to look at that as a natal aspect. But you can say vesta is passionate focus and nn is your forward direction. So, whatever is your forward direction depending upon the NN house you will show complete focus to it and/or it will be almost "sacred" to you.

What I think is you have a psychic past and you must have traveled the world in search of "god". You taught people about god and provided selfless service using your energy "Mars" for that cause. I think he is healing you my making you write. Chiron is the spiritual teacher of the cosmos who brings out your innermost vulnerability on the surface. I will be posting a topic about Chiron giving an example from Indian history. Just think it in this way, when Chiron conjuncts your personal planets, or sensitive house rulers, asc/desc or mc/ic then he heals by bringing out your biggest vulnerabilities and the sign is the medium through which he teaches.
