There could be a lack of romantic feelings. But an unaspected venus can work. It depends on the natal (how important is venus for that person?) and an unaspected venus can be balanced by nice house overlays and midpoint activations. I've seen synastries of people in love with an unaspected venus but the partner's planets would fall in their 7th/8th/5th houses or their sun would conjunct the partner's venus/mars midpoint, etc. IP: Logged |

What she said, and it really helps if the 7th house ruler is aspected when Venus is not. Having either Venus or the 7th house ruler aspected tends to stimulate feelings of affection. IP: Logged |

agreed. Also a Venus with exact semisquares/sesisquare making a minor T-square with another person`s planets, or with exact quintiles/biquintiles making a Quintile Yod, does not really act as an unaspected Venus, but in fact is very integrated. IP: Logged |

Check if the Venus is aspected by the composite chart too? IP: Logged |

Not to mention that North Node vertex conjunction in the composite.Someone might *feel* like their Venus is unaspected with Saturn and the South Node right there... That seems kinda heavy. IP: Logged |

I'm inside, the other person is outside. It's their Venus that I meant to say is unaspected. I remember people saying that points, asteroids and minor aspects don't count in the sense of ""unaspectedness""IP: Logged |

Unspected planets does not focus on a "lack". If anything the relationship will strongly focus on those energies in a big way.An unspected Saturn can make the relationship strong and durable. An unaspected Mars can make the relationship energetic and sexual. An unaspected Moon can make the relationship nurturing an emotional. And an unaspected Sun can make the relationship very productive and "focused" I think an unaspected planet is a good thing especially when its in the right house. It really draws the energy out of you two. Energy is energy, a planet does not need to connect with other planets in order to be valid, it will still impact you in its own way through the house its in.

I wasn't the one with the unaspected Venus, but I can tell you how it felt from my end.It literally feels like they don't love you because the part of them that shows affection, love, romantic gestures, etc (Venus) isn't activated by you. It doesn't come naturally to them so course the person on the recieving end will view it as a lack of love on their part and I would have to agree to a certain extent. I'm aware synastry chart analysis, astrology in general can't determine actual love, but this might be a major indicator. It's almost as if the person who's Venus is unaspected in synastry doesn't consider you or think of you at all when it comes to anything Venus related and demonstrating love is one and if you don't show the person you claim to love that you love them, is it really love? I know I'm being extreme and of course you have to consider other factors, but if you isolate this aspect, this would be my take on it from my own personal experience. We did have a ton of 7th/5th/8th house overlays both ways along with moon-sextile moon, moon-pluto double whammy, moon-karma, Venus-Karma, mercury-NN.
Our composite had a Scorpio Stellium in the 7th with Pluto ruling the 7th. Pluto conjuncts our Composite Moon, Mercury, Venus but all squared by Saturn. So of course it wasn't ALL bad, but everything I described was there and in full affect. Despite him crying over me multiple times, fighting his brother over me (It's not how it sounds, promise Haha ), telling me he loved me everyday, etc he still didn't do those sweet things that people do when they're in love. Mind you, we also had an exact mars-mercury conjuction along with mercury-NN & with his Venus being in Sagittarius and my mars being in Sagittarius, I believe this was a very HUGE karmic debt we had to pay to each other. After all, His Karma is conjunct my Moon EXACT and my Karma is conjunct his Venus EXACT.

I am unaspected Venus in our synastry. It does concern me sometimes.Yanmorg is pretty on point because I know he does feel that way sometimes, and it kills me because being a Venus in Pisces, it's very important for me to make my loved one feel loved. Our composite Mars and Jupiter conjunct my Venus so hopefully that will be helpful. IP: Logged |
