Do you think Neptune conjunct Ascendant synastry could manifest as the Neptune persons constantly feeding off the Ascendant persons energy? Sort of like an energetic vampire?IP: Logged |

Interesting idea. I am not completely sure though. I have it natally, however, and I am very receptive to any kind of energies around me (and to loud noises, bright lights, changes in the air/ pressure-drops, weather changes etc.) But it is not so much that I really suck the energies around me, but it is more like I am receptive to the point I have almost no defense system against it, like it is a door, that is constantly open, and everything flows into my ASC/ body/ perception, at least initially, by now I have developed a few helpful methods to not play portal to just every possible energy or feeling or thought swirling around. I can`t really imagine Neptune doing the "sucking", being such a receptive planet, though there might be a flow of energy he is open to, just I see him more as passive, not really actively taking away something from you. But I can be wrong of course. I`d be interested to hear other people`s opinions and experiences about that. IP: Logged |

What if his Pluto was involved in the mix?
My ASC 12'47 Libra
His Neptune 11'59 Libra

yeah, I was actually wondering about Pluto, when thinking about Neptune. I think Pluto would be more apt to do what you describe. Like a black hole, swallowing up everything.
However I am not sure it would do that in a sextile?
Unless it is on the direct midpoint (exactly or closely) of a natal aspect, involving ASC as well? IP: Logged |

For example if you had an asteroid or planet on about 11-12 Sagittarius, the midpoint axis of this planet/ASC in your chart would run through 12 Aquarius-Leo approxmiately, and hence his Pluto would be sitting where the energy of this midpoint is most energized, focused, melded, and theoretically I could imagine that there would be a strong stream of energy flowing to this Pluto (or Pluto swallowing this energy)
But that is just hypothetical. I donīt know if you have anything on 11 or 12 Sagittarius. IP: Logged |

Hi athenegoddess,I feel I have to respond, because I have this aspect with a close soulmate as well. I posted about our connection about one year ago. At that time, I was convinced that he was my Twin Flame, now I am not so sure. We are long distance friends and we lost touch for 9 months, but he contacted me again recently. Throughout 2014, our connection was driving me crazy, as I felt his energy all around me all of the time. Thankfully, that particular phenomenon has now subsided. The painful aspects of that particular connection were actually healed by meeting and interacting with another powerful connection, believe it or not. So, with the first soulmate, my Neptune is conjunct his Ascendant. However, we also have other contacts that would contribute to our energetic/telepathic connection, including my Mercury conjunct his Sun, my Psyche conjunct his Psyche, and my Moon conjunct his Descendant, so it is hard for me to say how much of our energetic bond was created by our Neptune/Ascendant conjunction. This is not simply being telepathically connected, this is him having conscious ability to zone in on me and get clear vision and picture of me all the time. He can even literally read my thoughts and feelings, and watch everything that I do. This is something that is affecting my health, so it's not fun by any means. And I really just want him to go away.This aspect just stood out. IP: Logged |

Oh, thank you for clarifying, athenegoddess. I misunderstood. The energetic connection that I experienced was not that extreme nor was it that invasive or sinister.It does sound as though your guy may be some type of Psychic Vampire. Yikes! Have you spent any time researching techniques for shielding or protecting your energy field? Unfortunately, I am not an expert on such topics, but I know that other people are. Perhaps you could consult a shaman or other energy worker. At a minimum, you could carry around some protective stones, like black tourmaline, and burn some sage, if you are open to such things. Your situation does sound serious, and I hope that you find a way to protect yourself and to block him ASAP.
