This reminds me of myself.
Yanmorg and I have similar charts and unsurprisingly I can relate to her state of mind. The thing is, Yanmorg, I am sure you already know deep down in your heart/soul/mind what you need to do. The "right" thing for you.
It was hard for me to do as well (with my ex, we also had a Venus/Pluto contact - the opposition) but I wasn't in love and although the pull was very strong and the comfort level was also very high, well... eventually I had to force myself to leave.
I think that's normal... But it's especially hard for someone who is heavily Libra/Scorpio and Saturnian - the loss of a connection and the feeling of "duty" and "guilt" can be very hard to deal with. The 6H doesn't help either because we always want to make things "work" and "fix" whatever we can... And of course there's the thirst for "perfection" which is indeed impossible.
Essentially though, I believe if someone's "the right one" for you, you won't have such complicated feelings for them... Although I don't have enough experience to back it up. It just never seems to work when the feelings go up and down and if you're well into the relationship and still wondering how you feel about the whole thing, it seems very clear that it's not going to work...
