Hmm... Mars very likely. With moon a close second.. Just given that Mars is naturally the driving force of things, is sexual attraction and going-forth embodied/personified... although the word "attracted" is a little subtle and can refer to the Moon's perspective and role also... the Moon tends to experience things, but attraction and aversion run so deep and all feelings are so integral to her experience that she is powrrfully affected by the magnetism of Mars and will be probably feeling a range of things. So the feelings are strong both ways... very strong... i think. With the opposition it depends a bit on the signs it's occurring in as to how the moon will experience the opposition i think... and Mars for that matter. It would be one thing if Mars were in Aries and Moon in Libra. That would be a delicate situation because Mars ain't holding back at all and Moon needs a lot of tact and delicacy and is yet turned on by this fireball in her view. An Aquarian Mars with a Leo Moon would be a whole other story and in that case we might see the Moon carrying the fire of the attraction, you know what I mean? Wanting those shows of intense affection and desire from Mars, soaking it up... Scorpio and Taurus, let's say Taurus is the Moon. They're going to be drawing Scorpio in like a magnet and Scorpio will be salivating at their feet but the Moon will be taking their sweet time getting comfortable with the heat and enjoying it thoroughly, while Scorpio Mars smoulders and enjoys/despises/is confounded/delighted by the chase. Maybe? IP: Logged |

I'm Mars in a conjuction with a Moon... it's in Aries... Mars is stronger in Aries and so I'm the one with the most drive but he's into it--very into it--once we get going. Mars initiates though no doubt about that but it's a mutual animal merging and sensing once the people are engaged in a physical union type scenario I'm also Moon in a Moon-Mars trine--my Moon in Cap his Mars in Taurus but it's wide--nearly 4 degrees. Still it is quite helpful because my Moon appreciates his steadiness and the strength of his intention and drive very much. Different things turn different people on. Compatible Moon-Mars is a good indication that two people are in synch physically/emotionally/sexually. You can see why the signs involved would matter though.. IP: Logged |

We have it DW, an opposition and a trine. All I can tell you is that we are really attracted to each other. My behavior is affected by his presence and so is his behavior by my presence and this we can't hide. I think this is a bit the "weak at the knees" feeling aspect. This is not felt superficially, it runs deep, but this could be because we have quite a lot of Pluto going on at same time. IP: Logged |

My lover and I have my Leo Mars on his moon conjunct my moon too and all I can say is BOOYAH! It's definitely mutual. I wouldn't say one feels it more than the other, The sex is out of this world physically but also deeply emotional. Best of both haha 😝🙌 IP: Logged |

That's impossible. I think you meant conjunction.

Resurrecting this to ask a question...It seems from the replies that Mars/Moon can cause an attraction. But what if the Mars' Moon and the Moon's Mars are unaspected? In other words, if when looking at the synastry chart... - The Mars' Moon is unaspected (by anything!) - The Moon's Mars is unaspected (by anything!) Do they still feel an attraction or does this set up "cancel out" the aspect? IP: Logged |

Hey, Capguy75... I don't think it gets cancelled out. What might happen is that the person with an unaspected moon might feel like they're not emotionally understood. But if there are elemental compatibilities or any other chart similarities, that might balance it out. The person with unaspected mars might not be as motivated to make a move, perhaps. But you'll both feel that moon-mars attraction no matter what. The only thing that might suppress it to some extent is if there's heavy Saturn involved with those two planets. IP: Logged |

Do you feel this aspect with someone immediately or over time? When emotions start to play a bigger factor in relationships? What if moon is afflicted?IP: Logged |

I think anything Mars touches is felt immediately, unlike Saturn. In my case, me being the Moon... Hell yeah immediately. Like one conversation immediately. Not sure precisely what an afflicted Moon is... But mine's in Gemini in the twelfth inconjunct Uranus. IP: Logged |

Yes, I think a conjunction up to 5-6° will be felt, some even say 10°. IP: Logged |

I know this thread is old but I just experienced a few encounters that were like this and thought to add my 2 cents: The time I felt it the strongest was when there was a DW, when the man's Mars conjunct my Moon (under 1˚ ) and my Mars opposed his Moon (6˚ ). This burned so strong and I thought I'd melt in his presence! Nothing came of it though b/c our then situations didn't allow for it. In other instances when the man's Mars conjuncted my Moon (up to 5-6˚ ) but my Mars didn't aspect his Moon/Venus/Mars, I felt next to nothing. One other time, my Mars reciprocated a bit by being conjunct his Sun but nothing else, I felt like we could be friends but sexually, I wasn't the least bit interested. I can, however, feel their intense interest in me every single time this Mars on Moon thing happens. It's undeniable and sometimes, it'd be kind of embarrassing how obvious they are. IP: Logged |

No. In my case, I wasn't attracted to Mars, at all. He was dating my sister. He felt it more. I felt repulsed. IP: Logged |

The strongest attraction I've ever felt for anyone, my moon was conjunct his mars, but at the same time my mars was also opposite his venus. (And in composite we had sun, moon, mars and pluto all in the the 7th house, with sun and mars conjunct pluto). It was absolutely primal in its intensity...but surprisingly we both didnt feel it immediately. On the contrary.I think we were quite surprised, when the attraction DID hit and we both remarked on how we actually didn't have the other on our "radar" initially when we we met. It did hit a few weeks working together and I think the trigger was actually us sitting on a bus next to each. This may sound cliche, but I'm actually convinced it was the fact of sitting close enough together made us register each other's phermones for the first time, genetic makeup up, whatever you want to call...anyway, quite primal just as moon conjunct mars IP: Logged |

What's your guy's experience with Moon/Mars being in the same sign DW? Her Mars is in Libra with my Moon, but they're at a 13° orb. My Mars is in Capricorn with her Moon, they're at a 9°45" orb, could be considered conjunct depending how stingy you are with orbs. We're highly attracted to each other, we can't stop staring at each other. Nothing has happened yet due to current circumstances, but lots of sexual tension. My Mars also trine's her Venus in Virgo, we're both Venus in Virgo actually, but it's a 13° orb again, she's a Virgo Sun also, could be conjuncting my Venus depending, it's a 9°50" orb as well. My Cancer Sun sextiles her Venus at a 6° orb by sign. She's also a Scorpio Acendant, it conjuncts my Pluto and her Natal Mars. Was it still extremely hot for you guys too? Because it definitely is for us😆😁 IP: Logged |

Urgh... I have DW with husband, trine and conjunction (his Mars). It's like most of you described or to quote "can't stop staring at each other", "I thought I'd melt", "mutual animal merging and sensing" and "absolutely primal". But we have quite a few other sexual aspects, it's hard to tell how much of attraction should be attributed to Moon/Mars. I would say both sides feel the aspect equally. Mars is just more direct. Me too..but I think its because i'm Cancer mars. If the feeling is to too strong I duck and cover. Mars opposite Moon is strange, you have this feeling of dislike for the person but at the same time you secretly lust for them at the same time. I like Trine and Sextile more. It has a more natural flow. ========================================= ☉‘ ♊, ☽ ♈, ASC ♑, ☿ ♊, ¡÷ ♉, ¡ö ♋ , ♃ ♒, ♄ ♏, ♅ ♐, ♆ ♑
