What's the deal, I've been unable to find any good info on Mars-Jupiter conjunctions in Synastry. Has anyone experienced this before? IP: Logged |

Yea, Mars bettah get ready for a sex drive revving if they're predisposed to that kind of involvement with Jup. They get turned on by Jupiter's lightness and ability to be casual, it's as if they think that every time Jupiter makes a joke that they're making a sexual invitation, it's fuel for Mars fire. Jupiter doesn't intend to have that influence on Mars, it's just a by product of their brand of fun an optimism, so these two can easily get high together, quite quickly. That can translate to enthusiasm for projects, mutual involvements such as sports, or sex.Personally, I'd rather have my Mars involved with someone's Jup (trine, please, and now!) than the other way around. Usually when it happens with me being Jup my Mars is totally unaspected, and that is annoying cos I'm turning him on and he's doing nothing for me. IP: Logged |

No way at looking at the details of this aspect unless you have both ascendants.IP: Logged |

::sad face:: I guess I won't be graced with that opportunity. . . . Cosmic, you know what, I feel that it works for me in the sextile both ways now that I think of it. See what works for you, maybe look over past synastries. IP: Logged |

Haha, Lonake, your right, I do have this aspect with "my man" lol! His Mars in Gemini is conjunct my Jupiter - my chart ruler, so its extra potent. I've also been Mars before and I prefer being Jupiter, because it seems like I prefer being an encourager rather than an initiator. But this is what bothers me about most interpretations of Mars-Jupiter, they make it sound way to business like and impersonal, when I always assumed it was more of a sexual aspect. Jupiter is always labeled as "beliefs", but the Moon seems to show this more than Jupiter. IP: Logged |

My exhusbands number 2 had his mars in conj to my jupiter. He helped me and trigg me to develop my life. He stood behind me what ever I want makes to do. My jupiter in my house 10 are unaspected. I think I through my self and my life trigg him . I stood behind him. I got him to believe on him self. I expand his activity. We bring success to each other. IP: Logged |

Lonake, I do not do readings for others that are paid. I would have to be self-employed. That means I would be doing 3 readings a month, then 10, then 1, then 18. It's an irregular pattern which doesn't always pay the rent.I will leave all these newbies to get the wrong reports of these published astrologers. The ones who do astrology the wrong way and make money from it. Very brief, very free, and all over the net. That's all you have. Let them all waste their money on an astrology report that does astrology the wrong way. IP: Logged |

Good thing I hate wasting money I have this aspect with someone, my gemini 2nd house mars conjunct his gemini 7th house jupiter which is also his asc ruler. However, "no pit stop!" in that case, but mutual involvement in sport and getting along decently enough. I can see the joke thing Lonake mentioned, sometimes he uses phrasings that I find a tad weird because I am thinking of them in either a different context or they have a certain meaning for me. Doesn't happen often so. IP: Logged |

Hi all,I have this aspect with my ex - my Jupiter in Sag, conjunct his Mars (also, my Mars too!). We lived together for about 2 years, and I know he has said that most of this time he had a ****-on that wasn't "attended to" enough. We had a difficult time (the conjunction also opposite his saturn, and square his moon [T-square] may have had something to do with this??). I was hot for him too, but, I went cold when he was nasty. It was always so disappointing, when I was giving out lots of love to him. Yes, I would like to explore it more too in the context of synastry, becuase the way I see it, the Jupiter influence could kind of inspire the base-level of mars to reach for a higher level of expression, a more "spiritual" level than just pure self-pleasing desire. Boo hoo, I miss him Just my ideas IP: Logged |

Popcorn Do YOU have an unaspected Jupiter in your natal?------------------ Enlightenment doesn't result from sitting around visualizing images of light, but from integrating the darker aspects of the self into the conscious personality Jung You must lose your life for My sake in order to find it . A conjunction is an addition of energy, but they remain distinct. It's not blending or fusioning. In your case, it means the both of you are a great combination to develop large scale projects. It's high expansive energy, with excesses sometimes. You build on each other. The sky is the limit. IP: Logged |
