No Davison and composite are not always the same, sometimes yes, but other times very different. Just look at those two

Yes they're different.. sometimes i know they can be really different and sometimes more similar than others... but still some important similarities eh? Sun-North Node opposite Saturn for instance; that's not going anywhere. Are these you and Mr Sag? I don't think so but my memory is very strange-! IP: Logged |

here is a link to a discussion on Composite charts on the Jeff Green's forum. They talk a lot about the 4th house as well. ....For those interested in the karmic interpretation of the Composite ( which I bet is everybody here). http://schoolofevolutionaryastrology.com/forum/index.php/topic,659.0.html IP: Logged |

With my BF, there is only BML and Pluto in the 4th house of composite. Our 5th house is packed, though, with Venus, Sun, Mercury, Vertex and Uranus. IP: Logged |

Faith,I know the chart pattern, it is some kind of fortress, as the magi call it, a very symmetrical quadrangular chart pattern. I am sure the Huber school has a fancy name for it, too. I do think however it is a very stable formation, though the stability might actually be reached by adding very different aspects to it, which are even rather unstable on its own, even tensed (the squares and the quinkunx), but because it is so symmetrical and the unbalanced elements complement each other, it actually creates a balance and strong hold. Interestingly the same thing appears in my synastry chart with Lancelot, consisting of his Sun-Uranus and my Moon-Chiron-Saturn.
AS this is so symmetrical there is also a midpoint axis running through such a shape (in the case of Lancelot and me right through that midpoint axis, which cuts the formation in two, there is a synastric opposition running through of his MOon-Node-conjunction opposing my Juno)
In the case of your Davison the midpoint axis would be made up of Saturn/Juno (or Saturn/Jupiter, Chiron/Jupiter etc.) on the one end and Sun/Moon on the other end Saturn/Juno would be 28 Taurus Sun/Moon would be 28 Scorpio So the midpoint-axis running through the formation is VERY exact, and of course if you look at it, the midpoints that determine the midpoint axis are very indicative of a committed relationship (along with Jupiter-Juno exact being a married couple anyway) The nearest thing to that midpoint axis is Eros - not exactly there, but probably near enough to send this Eros-energy through that midpoint-channel, providing the whole with energy and keep it stable and going, and actually those closed chart patterns, well they are often very difficult to leave. It`s like once you are in there, it is like you are in a castle, or Hotel California. You can check out any time you like but you can never leave. (well never is non-existent, but I do think this provides a lot of glue and makes people sometimes almost stuck with each other.)
BTW in the case of Lancelot and me the midpoint making the midpoint axis are mixed ones.
His Uranus/My Saturn 18-19 Virgo his Sun/ my Moon 18 Pisces With his Moon 17 Virgo, possibly, his Node 17 Virgo my Juno 17 Pisces - my pr Jupiter 18 Pisces IP: Logged |

FAith, "Our daughter's sun 28 Scorpio Our son's sun 29 Taurus
Thanks so much for that whole analysis, you are exactly on target." That is amazing! And falling on the symmetry axis of that chartshape. I really wonder what the symmetry axis really means. It is sort of the stabilizing factor I guess, or maybe highlighting even some sort of purpose or "what it`s about". I am not entirely sure yet. "You know I have such conflicted feelings about it. This sun-Venus new moon is all happy feeling so I'm just enjoying it while it lasts." Yes, that`s all we can do anyway.
Just noticing this new Moon today falls exact on my Draco Psyche and Draco BML and conjunct my Karma within 2 degrees (and on Lancelot`s Karma. lol), and conjunct Mr Sag`s Valentine almost, 4 degrees.
Oh and the new moon for my location falls EXACT on my Draconic Moon (0°36) and tropical DESC ! (0°41) - exact same degree of the tertiary progressed New Moon that was happening in my chart when I aparently was driving a particular gentleman crazy.
That Grand Cross is well I suppose glaring. lol
Funny I just read about lunations and how important they can be, well I saw there was an article in the book, maybe I should really read it. I mean a lunation falling into my 7th house? with the ASC on my DESC exact? Also the EVC with that lunation for me has a cradle, too. The chartshape in Mr SAg`s and my Davison, an opposition and a sextile facing each other with two sextiles connecting. So half a Star of David.
In the case of my EVC with the lunation it is made up of
Venus 25 Pisces Ceres 29 Pisces
Saturn 29 Virgo Pluto 28 Scorpio (Mars 1 Sag) Neptune 26 Cap Uranus 27 Cap The midpoint axis runs through 27-28 Sagittarius oh and in the EVC BML is on 28 Sagittarius
and let`s rather NOT think about who else has something surrounding that degree.
oh EVC ASC is on 7 Pisces conjunct DESC-ruler Mercury exact (on my natal PHolus and his natal Eros-Ceri ) might be an interesting month after all. lol

"I don't understand this. Is that Marks Charts?" Yes, just our basic synastry. "Just kidding The first words of that song just came to mind. " Unlikely, but who knows? Which reminds me I think I must have dreamed of him last night. Not exactly sure what and why it once again involved me moving out - to England I think or at least far away (there was also this feeling of "this is is, the ultimate, definite destination, a goodbye to everything that was before. Total new beginning). Not sure what role Lancelot/Mark played in this though. IP: Logged |
