When I look at the transits here I'm worried Sun and Venus together in my 12th mean (when they move into my first in Gemini) I'm going to find out someone I like is dating another person. Could it be other things? Is Saturn in my 7th's "turned" 12th house (in addition to Pluto in my 8th) delaying me meeting new dates?

Could a lack of dates and some stability in love life be due to a recent tr. Uranus conjunct Venus and squaring your 7H planets at the same time maybe? And right now tr. Uranus conjuncts your Mercury. For you this is significant because Mercury is your chart ruler.

Good point...never considered Uranus because it's always hyped up to be this random planet instead of one that stalls.

Keep an eye on transits to your natal Jupiter (7H ruler) and Jupiter transits too. I see it's already nicely trining your 7H Saturn at this time. When it gets into Libra and keeps moving through 5H, you might have some luck come your way. Tr. Jupiter will make trines to your Jupiter and Mars. It will eventually get into opposition to your 11H planets, Sun/Venus/Mercury conjunction especially. Should be interesting.
