I have Jupiter in 1H closely conjunct my AC and Mars.

I've always experienced relationships where I meet someone with distance between us (geographically). I've "met" people in standard situations--at school, at work, at bars, at concerts, etc.--but one thing I have noticed is that the nature of these relationships is always very "slippery," as in it's hard to actually grasp onto partners, whether that means physically because of distance or emotionally because I build up these constructs of how dreamy/romantic things with them might be. Building a sense of the other person/our relationship is always very idealized on my end, and I spiral with all the "what if's" and how things could be perfect about this person or a relationship with them (my own imaginations, usually) and fall fast, but also I can fall out of this obsession equally as quickly.

Also, I almost ALWAYS know whether or not something will work out/turn into a long term relationship really early on (intuitive feeling), but choose to ignore it if there is something about the other person that I like enough to say, "Oh but it could work." Obviously it usually doesn't work when I think it won't, and I move on easily.

Since this is based on a Vedic origin, I looked via Sidereel. Mine is Libra 2° 2'.
Met my husband via the phone. A friend we shared gave my number to him. We became friends and it culminated.

I have Jupiter in Virgo in 3H. My most significant relationships have come from connections made at work or school. My longest relationship was with someone I met through mutual friends, in a social setting. But I don't think I've met "the one" yet!

Sun - Taurus // Moon - Aries // ASC - Cancer // Mercury - Aries // Venus - Taurus // Mars - Pisces

I have Jupiter in Virgo (0) in the 7H, conjunct Mars in Leo (28).

My significant relationships.
First was a taurus, who was a sports coach (mars-jupiter conjunction).

Second was a Virgo who was a sports journalist.

Third, met online, an Aries (Mars conjunct Jupiter again) - and our early dates were heavily based on physical activity eg cycling, climbing, running.

Potential next - we met at work. We got talking after working up new developments together. He's a Scorpio (Mars) with Sag rising, and his Jupiter exact conjuncts my Midheaven.

His Venus (the counterweight) is in Virgo in the 10th (house of career). Incidentally, it's conjunct his Mars.

Looks like there's definitely something in the Jupiter theory

Hi girlwiththerainysoul,

I have Jupiter conjunct uranus with vertex in Sag inside my 5th house, can you give me idea of where or how ill meet my husband? My uranus is retrograde but Jupiter isn't. Neptune in sag is there too but at the end almost in 6th house which is ruled by sagittarius.

To be clear- Jupiter does not signify simply your "man" in vedic astrology. It specifically signifies your husband (or otherwise serious and very long term relationship. This is an important distinction to make. Mars is more likely to signify boyfriends.

The state of your Jupiter will tend to disclose the state of your future (or current) husband and the state of your relationship with him.

That's a really useful clarification Manderin. The references I made above were to two relationships where I was engaged to marry, and the third was with the father of my son.

[Interesting side point, that I just read on Dark Pixie Astrology that Jupiter in the 7th can indicate lots of marriages or marriage near-misses  ]

If we go strictly on the jupiter in isolation, then I'd expect an actual marriage partner to have lots of virgo or to be a virgo/merc type. The 7H element might come from some form of platonic 121 interaction maybe?

Would having Mars in such close proximity to Jupiter be an indicator that actually crossing the line and becoming a married partner will be much harder? As if Mars is keeping men at boyfriend status rather than letting them pass through into full marriage? Just a thought.
