You have to way up the pros and cons of both, decide accordingly.

The more you lay your heart on the line, the vulnerability increases. If you can handle that and that’s how you roll, do it.

I made the mistake of actually hanging out with him before having sex. When he first called me he asked if I wanted to hang out with him. I told him I would think about it. I didn't go out with him that time. Then he asked me to hang out with him again a few months after that. I still didn't hang out with him instead I asked him if he wanted to be friends with benefits. I have this with someone but it’s my 8th house! We have a lot of other favorable aspects and 5th/7th house placements.. I feel the same way about him, as you described your experience. It’s pure joy!
For me it’s how sex is supposed to feel.. two people experiencing something that’s beyond the physical plane alone. It’s closeness to the max. I’m glad I could help you a bit.. you also gave me a new perspective! In an earlier post you wrote that it was actually me who pushed him away first.. and you were totally right. After approaching him more honestly, he suddenly opened up and told me about his feelings for me! So it‘s ultimately up to me, if I want to give it a more serious go or not. So yes, I believe now too, that the house person is the one who finally calls the shots.
In my situation I’m really into him a lot, though. So I feel that we’re equally interested in each other.

I wish you the best in your situation! Having a long-distance r/s between two different countries sounds so romantic.. but also very challenging.
