All the references I've read about this contact in male-female relationships give it plenty of stars. You read also a few warnings about getting "carried away," but they are certainly not roadblocks to getting underway.

I'm somewhat baffled as to why such a conjunction has never led me (male, moon Scorpio)) down the valentine path with a woman whose Jupiter lies in Scorpio.

Is it because Scorpio contacts often stink for romantic relationships? Too much analysis, scheming, dodging, game-playing etc?

I'd like to hear real-life personal experience from people who have road mileage on the question.

Might have to do with masculine sex appeal.

I'd think Jupiter in Scorpio for a woman would require much.

Interesting that Mooon conjunct jupiter leaves you quite cold. After seeing the moon conjunct jupiter in a few synastries of men that had been eternal bachelors/womanizers, but then committed to the women whose jupiter conjuncted their moon, I had come to the conclusion that this synastry aspect is highly significant particularly for men. One of them has his moon in scorpio and while women are highly drawn to him and he has slept with a huge number of women, only the one woman whose jupiter conjuncted his moon he has fallen in love with. However, his moon as ruler of his 7th house is highly significant in his chart. Which house does your moon rule in your chart?

It depends on the natal charts.

Is their Moon challenged? If so, Jupiter will emphasise the pain of that challenge.

Then the Moon person will not feel so comfortable around the Jupiter person.

And if the Jupiter person is otherwise low-key, it may be too much emotionalism.
