Without any doubt you can be affectionate! tenderness that is actively received—shared. can be so simple. 🥰

This aspect doesn’t actually solve underlying issues or differences in character, but there’s an instinct for harmony-responsiveness. Much like a balm.

As Venus I desire to see his environment in a beautiful state, taken care of; a bit silently concerned if there is any neglect. For instance, I noticed there were finger smudges on the height of his mirror etc; a part of me wished it were cleaned ASAP. (the planet Venus traditionally rules mirrors and windows—keep them clean if you want to improve your love life.) or there was an unmendable hole in his worn-out jacket. To my surprise, he later replaced the jacket, after I gently pointed out that a few cultures believe wearing neglected apparel attracts poverty (mindset). Venus rules money, aesthetics, love, etc.

Tendency to offer little gifts. Some say that Venus feels shy when overlaying in another’s 4H. I think it can be patient too. Also, there’s a feeling that one can make themselves at home with the other, which I wouldn't press unless welcome, of pleasure’s sake, but it’s there.

I known him for quite a long time, yet we don’t know each other fully, he won’t commit, so, with this particular interaspect have recognized there is a level of comfort that’s been available without much reason. It’s spatial.

With this person, he likes to cuddle with me, hold my hand and generally idly caress but since we are basically friends-with-benefits, I don’t make this blatant affection out to mean anything more than the nature of our synastry at play. Just for what it’s worth.

His Venus falls on the cusp of my 8th House.

I don't have this aspect with my husband. Our IC's are fire signs and my Venus is Pisces and he, in Virgo.

I think I did hook up with a guy w/ Leo Venus though. We have remained friendly since moving on. But I declined meeting up with him for lunch when I started getting serious with now husband.

Seems to be an affable, mostly sister-brother and friend vibe. Her Moon is also the same as my Rising Sign, and my Moon is the same as her Sun. She has Sag Asc in my 5th, and her Mars Jupiter conjunction in Cap is in my 5th and conjunct my Mercury Sun conjunction (Sun is my chart ruler and Mercury rules 4 Virgo placements and 11th House).

And if the IC is conjuncting a personal and/or sensitive Planet/symbol in their chart (or vice versa), then especially yes in that case, you will notice it. Actually, there is some resonance anyways as long as they are the same sign. Like someone asked about Sun and Venus being in the same sign, but not in actual conjunction orb range.
