1) what if the filter doesn't work in tropical synastry but works in Draco-to-tropical synastry (like exact conjunction of Draco Dsc to tropical Asc, Draco Dsc to tropical Neptune)? Would it be valid?

2) why Vertex, MC, IC are not included in the filter?

3) BML Lilith is not considered for the filter?

4) for the filter Angel is mentioned only for a conjunction with Asc, what about trine?

Can be used as Male to Female or vice versa
Aspect Orbs:
Conjunction
a) Maximum 3.0 degrees Orb when Ascendant, Sun, Moon and Venus are involved.
b) Maximum 2.0 degrees Orb for Asteroids, Mars, Saturn, Pluto when a) is not involved.

Trines, Quincunx and Opposition

I was reading through some old synastry threads for soulmates and twins
(some were IQ comments)

Taken from their research and summarized:

The draco to natal are especially important as they said there should be aspects in order to "anchor" the soulmates between this incarnation (regular natal) and their soul level(draconic)

Personally, I think the ASC/DSC is great for the filter because it is the relationship axis after all. In esoteric astrology the ASC holds much importance as well.

With the person who I got the intuitive message that they are my twin, I have:
natal to natal double wammy -
His ASC/DSC axis exact within minutes of my nodal axis
My ASC/DSC axis is conjunct his Sun and Moon
(moon on my ASC, sun on my DSC)
AND we have love asteroids conjuncting the above mentioned.
Many asteroids are double wammys are it is so crazy but they mirror eachother. An example of this is :

My karma on his venus
His karma on my mars

His telephus on my sun
My telephus on his sun

We also both have the same asteroids on our sun and south nodes individually.

In our draco to draco
Sun conjunct Sun but also
Sun opposes moon exact
ASC conjunct ASC
Venus conjunct Neptune Double Wammy which is really interesting because in our regular natals Venus is my chart ruler and neptune is his.

Natal to draco
His draco moon conjuncts my south node
My draco ASC conjuncts his south node, actually our draco ASC's are on either side of his natal nodal axis

Our composite Sun in Sag is a 9th house stellium of Sun, Venus, Neptune at the Winter's solstice (Davison is Dec 21st) and is conjunct exact my Venus/Pluto midpoint (29 Sag, 4 sidereal). Then Pluto, Saturn, and Jupiter all sit in our 7th.
Our North node also conjuncts fixed Pollux in Gemini!
In our Davison sidereal our axis degrees are all at 11 making the MC/IC @ 11:11 and ASC/DSC 11:11
our helio composite earth/moon is 29 Gemini conjunct Polaris.

There is more but too lazy to type it all lol

I just share all this because there is not a lot of good data on twins and soulmates, hence why peeps like us are looking here lol, so I try to outline as much as I Can for when someone comes looking for twin and soulmate synastry.

Oh and another old post from IQ:
I cannot give the data in public, I did send one couple's data to you with their permission last year. I will ask some more couples for permission and email you.
Here are the most common features:

1. Packed Composite 7th

2. Exact Ascendant or Dsc aspect to Sun, Moon, Asc, Dsc, Venus or Karma. Some had multiple Asc/Dsc aspects within 2 degrees orb.

3. Very strong Valentine aspects

4. 2 or more Soulmate Pair Asteroids had aspects within 1 degree orb. Isis-Osiris was most common, Pluto-Persephone second, Siva-Kaali third.

5. Plenty of Draconic Chart Synastry Aspects between personal planets and Saturn.
