I decided to join the community after stumbling upon the topic of Progressed Synastry and finding multiple posts regarding the topic on here. I’ve found lots of information regarding certain aspects, but I seem to be missing information regarding square aspects for progressed charts.

I’ve been in a no contact situation with someone for quite some time. Prior to being no contact, we were on and off. Our connection was strong but I felt like a lot of stuff was holding our relationship from going forward, at least on my side. Due to this, I ended up breaking contact to progress inwardly, something I felt like wouldn’t be possible together (even though I loved him dearly, I felt like my issues at the time were triggered by the relationship, so I had to go.)

Anyhow, during this no contact timeframe I’ve been minding my own business until last year when suddenly he was on my mind again. This resulted in me attempting to break no contact end of last year, and failing. I mentally moved on temporarily, but recently he’s been on my mind once again, and with my recent discovery of progressed synastry, I was hoping to get some insight into our situation. I learned that last year around the time he entered my mind, my Prog. Venus was square his Natal Venus. This aspect is still present and seems to end February 2025. I’ve seen interpretations regarding trines, oppositions, and conjunctions, but I couldn’t find much information regarding squares, especially Venus/Venus squares. What could this aspect mean? I’m curious since it lasts for quite some time, and I’m wondering if this is what’s causing me to be in a state of limerence.

Besides the Venus/Venus aspect, we don’t seem to have many other progressions currently or in previous months, but they do seem to pick up towards the end of the year. I’ve heard that fewer/no progressions mean the connection has fizzled out, so with these increase in progressions does it mean potential reconnection, or just constant limerence from one or both sides? I’m not sure how to interpret them since they involve Venus aspects with planets such as Mercury, Moon, Uranus, and Neptune. They’re not Venus/Venus, Venus/Mars, or Venus/Sun aspects so I’m not sure if they’re important, though I’ll attach photos of these progressions if anyone is interested and has insight.
