He is in red, I am blue.

So I met this friend online back in 2015 and had a falling out year and a half later. Pretty much thought it was over for good and we’d never speak to each other again.

A couple years later I receive a message from him from out of the blue, to discuss some matters with his health and the loss of my cat. We exchanged several messages and that was it, until 2020.

I somehow still had some of his contact information saved and decided to see how he was doing as Covid was still very new, this was mid April 2020. He was very happy to hear from me again and likewise on my end.

We did discuss what happened a few years prior and he deeply apologized for what happened and we both wanted to give it another chance. I’m so glad we did.

Ever since then we have been talking every single day, and after July 2022 we’ve felt an even closer deeper connection than we’ve ever had. Things have gotten pretty intense at times and have expressed how much we care about each other. I’ve never experienced anything like this.

Sometimes we may go a day or so without talking but we always pick up where we left off.

He is 8 years younger than me, and given some placements (his Gemini moon and my Gemini sun, we were both Pisces Risings, he just confirmed his birth time) I feel like that maybe we are destined to be in each others lives. Also my Gemini sun, his Aries sun, my Libra moon and his Gemini moon seem to be well aspected, or am I completely off base?

Also one note of interest is that we had similar experiences growing up in dysfunctional households where the parents fought a lot and having their marriages end in divorce, with the mother finding another partner who neither of us like in our respective families. We also have similar experiences with being bullied and cast aside by others.

We also have Lilith in Aquarius, and I used to have asteroids included but it made the chart too complicated to read, but I can include the placements here

Have you got The Pattern app? They’ve got a fabulous synastry bond option which takes into account the vertex and a few other important bits that can be left out with other astrologers

Also, check out the Galactic Mystic description of vertex conjunct vertex.

You’ve also got moon conjunct IC, which is a very strong bond but can be very challenging because it creates a deeply emotional connection which can bring up past stuff. There will definitely be some similarities in your up bringing too. And this is said to be a karmic aspect, specifically. Although when you’ve got all angles conjunct that is also very karmic. Often feels like a deep family bond, like you were family in another life

I would say we don’t put any labels on our relationship, but there are some romantic aspects and feelings toward each other. It almost feels like a past life type of thing, but perhaps more karmic like you said.
