When you're born on the same day (different year) as someone you are in a relationship with. Are the transits to the Composite and Progressed Composite Chart still important?

For example sometimes we have the same transits close to each other. At one point we will have transit Saturn conjunct our natal Sun. During the same time we will also have transit Saturn conjunct the Composite Sun. Would this still be felt even though we were born the same day?
