I believe Planetary Hour is Venus, so the chart seems valid from that aspect.
Saturn and Moon are in separating aspect denoting some past action 2 minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years... ago. Mars would be your co-sig in 1st and Accidentally Dignified, but still no aspect.
He's leaving the sign. Since there is mutual reception by triplicity, but no applying aspect, I'd have to say there is interest, but not soon. Ask again in 3 months. You're in separating sextile and the next aspect is a conjunction, which is strong, so it's not hopeless, just not anytime soon.------------------

Thank you Beautiful! It's less hopeful thinking at this point than that sure, intuitive feeling we all get but so often marginalize. I FINALLY got the watch back (notably, two weeks ago), then felt the very distinct energy shift - I know its going to happen, just not when or under what terms (...or even WHY), because that hold we've spoken of has been released with the return of the watch.
