Hi all,Can you please have a look at this horary chart?
 The question asked was if certain 2 people are destined to marry each other. What are your ideas/interpretations? I would welcome any 
Local astrologer told me that when the main significators form out of sign conjunction, this changes things. But what exactly? How is the interpretation modified? Will there be needed some change in terms of evens before, for example, a marriage (in this case) happens? Thanks in advance! IP: Logged |

What changes will be the feelings of the Venus person as it's about to change signs, so while conjunction shows a union, the change of sign may mean that the Venus person will not feel very happy about the union or may no longer like Mars as much as before.Having said that, I'm not sure if a Horary can tell you if 2 people are destined to be together as Horary predicts things up to a few years, not a lifetime.
