I just applied to two colleges to transfer to and did a horary asking whether I'd get into at least one of the two. I'm Mercury and the colleges are represented by the 9th house ruler Saturn. Mercury is in an applied sextile to Saturn, but Mercury is currently retrograde, so I don't know if that means me (Mercury) will have second thoughts or something??Jupiter is in its own sign of Sag tightly applying in conjunction to the DC. So I suppose somehow maybe that could be beneficial for me?
Saturn is in it's own sign and has essential dignity being in its domicile. Saturn is also in the 7th house giving it some dignity I think (since the 7th house is naturally Libra and Saturn is exalted in Libra).
I have accidental dignity with Mercury being in the 6th house and conjunct the 6th house cusp, so that's good as well for me. However, any planet being in the 6th is also considered to be accidentally debilitated, but I don't think that's the case here since Mercury naturally rules over the 6th house in the natural zodiac.
