The second house rules your finances and the car. Mercury is under the Sun’s beams, in detriment and retrograde – so not great. Sun is separating from a conjunction with Mercury which would imply no – I don’t think the anticison is useful here as this is things hidden and with no receptions between the planets there is no motivation here anyway to make anything happen. If you are looking to get finance for the car that would be the 8th house ruled by Jupiter, retrograde with Saturn conjunct the cusp which doesn’t bode well either and Mercury is also separating from a trine with Jupiter also not looking good.

As this is a subject you can take action in then obviously you can change what the chart says.

Bad news almost.My father could not give me some money this year,but promised to do it next year,2025,so may that is why you read negative outcome,financial help will come into 2025,so the new car will be postoponed for next year.
