For context, we have been together for about 8 years. We had our ups and downs, but generally, the relationship is good. We get along very well, have similar goals and values in life, and we enjoy a lot of the same activities. However, our biggest difference really is that he is more religious than me. I am more agnostic, in that I believe God exists but not that we can ever know truly what God is. He has been this way since we met and when we actually first met, he was leaving his previous church because he realized they were cultish. I didn't make him do that, it was a realization he already was starting to have before we even met.

I knew this man would be unhappy not having a religion to belong to. He has Moon conjunct Jupiter in the 7th house natally. However, his 9th house is ruled by Uranus which is in the 8th. He definitely has dabbled in hermeticism and the occult before. A few years ago, he got really depressed and decided he wanted to become a revert for islam. I was very much open to it and I have read the Qur'an as well. Just the problem was, I didn't get that feeling of faith in my heart. It felt like it wasn't all there is to the world, at least to me. He feels it and truly feels that's where he belongs. I tried to do it but I couldn't. So for a few years, we kinda just went through life together and been together because we loved each other so much. But then recently, he's been feeling that he needs to go back to it again. We had an honest talk and decided we weren't going to be together anymore, both for our sake. I didn't want him to be unhappy being faithless and he didn't want to force me as well.

Our significators are both detriment and the Moon is also in detriment. But the significators are in each others' sign of rulership. Jupiter is already in retrograde and Mercury will be as well soon, but in this case the opposition is going to be an applying one. I think that this issue might come up again. Saturn also applying square to both of us, so that doesn't seem good news. Maybe we will delay splitting up. And then 4th house is same ruler as mine, which is detriment in retrograde. I'm feeling things will be rocky for a while until the final decision is made.

Also if the chart is flipped, he's located in his own 6th house. And yes, daily life has been weighing down on him. Lots of financial struggles and responsibilities he's unable to keep up with. I try to help but there's only so much I can do.
