EDIT: FOUND!!!!!!! Reunited at last. I know this sounds ridiculous. But I misplaced a very pricy lip gloss that I absolutely adore.. it’s somewhere in my vicinity, I don’t think I left it at an outside location or anything. Ruler, Venus, is in succedent house means that object is not in its usual place, and will take longer to find.
POF is in mutable sign indicating the item is inside something: car, box, pocket , drawer, cupboard, bag or under or between something.
Ruler in moveable (cardinal) signs show high places, lofts, upper rooms. Look at places where there is a lot of movement or change. The significator of the property in a moveable sign generally shows that it is not far from its owner.
It can be at places near a chimney, stoves, furnace room, room where machinery and tools are kept, room with locked doors or closets, places where iron or junk is stored, area where guns and ammunition are kept, hat boxes, near ceilings, roofs or doorways.
Ruler in 8 house means that item is totally out of sight, often unrecoverable. Check any place where there is plumbing; bathroom, kitchen, basement. Direction: South by West
