The first divisional chart from the ascendant is your RASHI(sign)/bhava(house) chart otherwise known as present horoscope for this incarnation. It is your main birth chart.

What you have to do is look at the 1st house. I use North Indian style chart. From the 1st house ascendant you have to look to your 7th house descendant.

Which sign does it occupy?

My langa (rising sign is in Karka/Cancer)
In my Vedic chart it occupies Capricorn and Saturn is the planterary ruler of this sign.
Once you have this down, look at which house your Saturn is placed. My Saturn is placed in the 9th house.

So therefore my 7th lord is placed in the 9th house.

I will probably meet my spouse in foreign lands (9th house) and my prosperity may increase after marriage (7th house)

You should also examine which planet influences the 7th house. Because mine is Saturn my spouse will likely be older. You must also look at the sign it's in which will give you additional details.

In the Navamsa or 9th divisional chart from the 9th house langa the same thing also applies. You should interpret it the same exact way.

My langa (rising sign is in Vrischika/Scorpio) in 6th house. Mars is the planetary ruler of this house.

My Mars is in 4th house

My 7th house has Venus in Meena/Pisces

The Ruler of my 7th house is in House 10th (Tula/Libra).

Since the 7th house represents the spouse you are looking for a spouse who will enhance and elevate your spirituality or anything 12th house related. In the D9 chart your Ascendant becomes Aquarius. Leo here becomes the 7th house. Leo's planetary ruler is Sun. Sun occupies the 9th house and is conjunct Mercury and Saturn which also sit in the 9th. They are all in the sign of Pisces.

Your spouse will likely portray the characteristics of a Guru or reflect the qualities of your father in some ways. Since 9th house represents luck you may feel very fortunate after marriage. In Vedic, I am Leo ASC, Sun is the 1st house lord, Saturn is the 7th house lord. Unfortunately, Sun,Venus,Saturn,Rahu conjunct together in 1st house. I don't know if I will get married or not,but it seems it will be No. Would you have a look, please?

Moreover, Navamsa chart is very important to look at in relaitonship, but I don't know how to read Navasam chart, I saw my ASC in Navasam chart is in Gemini, so Jupiter is the 7th house lord. Then Mercury and Jupiter conjunct as well as Moon and Mars in 10th house, quite bad again ,right? However, what is the relationship between Saturn in Rasi chart and Jupiter in Navamsa chart although they are all the 7th lord.

In the langa chart you have your 7th lord in 5th house which indicates love marriage like you will love your partner from the bottom of your heart.

5th house is indicative of love marriage in astrology since the house typically rules romance, children, speculative business, etc. Traits may be modified according the sign Jupiter is placed in your 5th house. Since it is Capricorn, your spouse may bring the qualities of Saturn in the marriage. Jupiter in Capricorn is also in its fall.

However things would only seem to get better after marriage since Jupiter becomes exalted in Cancer in the navasma chart.

The Mercury-Jupiter connection stays very powerful in both the d1 and d9 chart.
