In the "olden days" .. LOL, partners in marriage had more-reason to STAY in that marriage. They depended on each other reciprocally, to maintain their material lives. Lived as 'one'.. Finances were 'all in one pot'. Now? Woman are more independent. They make their own money. They can decide on long term birth-control methods, and not have babies if they 'don't want them.' They can truly live Free -- from the Will of another person if they want. Things are changing Would take some deep and 'real' love -- heart commitment -- Would have loved to be with someone like that. One you can Trust. With you thick-n-thin. Enjoy your Weekend! Gonna Take A Lot of Love .. IP: Logged |

I just heard an inspirational person talking about women looking to marry a husband. They said, if you're looking for Love and Affection?-- Get a puppy instead. True? I've noticed that in the past decade, there's been an up rising in people who own pets. Pets are more unconditional in their love. "People" .. can leave you. Queen Elizabeth of UK recently (April 9) lost her husband, of a marriage relationship that lasted 72 years. I watched the funeral on April 17. The Grief was nearly unbearable. The Queen said that "GRIEF is the price you pay-- for having Loved!" I can relate to that. In 20 days, it will be my 66th Birthday. There's an awful price to pay, for having a Heart, sensitivity, and feelings. This world is growing colder-- and this is in the 'trend' of becoming the modern norm? That's hard. IP: Logged |

😆 Sad isn’t it? quote: The Queen said that "GRIEF is the price you pay-- for having Loved!"
My bf and I were talking about this the other day. I told him I’d rather shorten my life so I don’t have to grief. Can’t bear it... IP: Logged |

Yeah... Shakespeare wrote some plays with plots based on that theme. I've been digging through scrappy notes I've started taking on Vedic studies. I definitely will have to decide on a way to organize what I have. I have various binders with copies of online pages. When I got into astrology {western}, that was one of the most maddening things -- 'HOW' do file-away your work, your study pages, the charts you've scribble on. SO many ways to organize them ~~ gah! I have a dis-ordered "bundling" of info. Have to use my 'memory' of what the bundle and pages 'looked like' more than logical ordering of alphabet, numbers, types, etc. I make sure each page has www/address, and a date, and 'the author's name'. Time-Consuming yes, but not in the long run. Easier to go back to find original internet pages. - You know the Hora Jag free software download? There's a free Vedic Textbook that goes with it. My computer froze up!! oh no. Won't let me switch screens to get the exact name of the software. I hope computer will let me POST this! *smile* Here's the textbook URL. I put it on my quick access favorites. Printed out the page that gives Contents, so I can find pages fast. There are p.515 printer pages involved. - http://www.vedicastrologer.org/articles/vedic_astro_textbook.pdf The Hora Jag won't let me do any more New Files. I could only set up a file for my own birthday. I was going to set up another file for an LL member I want to analyze, but wouldn't let me go past ONE chart. At least, it lets me 'play' and get used to how the various charts look.

I still don’t quite get the good & bad dashas. My Venus is Malavya Yoga and it’s my D1 ASC Lord and D9 7L. Rightfully it should bring potential relationships/marriage but what I only got were bad experiences during its Mahadasha. Instead, now I’m in my Moon MD which rules my 3H and is debilitated in Scorpio but 3 readers have told me I will get married towards the end of this MD (why towards the end and not in the beginning/middle, I’m not sure). Moon does sit in my 7H but that’s all. IP: Logged |
