I’d like to share my research on the Dashas.
The Dashas are used to predict life events such as time of marriage, rise in income, promotion at work, foreign travel, etc. The accuracy with which the Dashas could predict life events was one of the main aspects of Vedic astrology that attracted me to it. My faith in the Dashas has been reinforced multiple times over the last 7+ years of reading birth charts.

Yes, Ive been diving in this subject too recently and its insanly accurate... I was shocked to see how everything that happened until now in my life its as the dashas are. Everyone in my family is saying that I look and behave exactly as my paternal grandmother and I was amazed to see that we have many similarities in our charts and the moon in the same sign only a few degrees apart... and mostly everything that happened to me, happened to her too - as much as I know from my family because she died before I was born - and its amazingly accurate.

In modern astrology there is the zodiacal releasing, but I didnt find them accurate with the POF.

Dashas are really really accurate.
