We need to keep this string at the top for the new Knowflakes. ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Rebecca Clark IP: Logged |

I wonder if all of the bills I sent out have been found yet.......?I doubt it. The ones I put in the books at least. Does that matter? I wonder if that affects the spell.....Do they have to be found first for the energy to manifest? I dont think so. I think just the act of doing it is good enough. I think I'll do it again and put the bucks in places where people who really need them will find them......

That may affect it a lil 26 baby. . .I stuck mine all over my job with tape. I did like 5 and the day after a woman I worked with gave me $50. SHe's an older very spiritual woman, it was cold out and I came to work with a hoodie because I didn't buy my winter coat yet, and she INSISTED that I take the money, not pay her back, and buy a coat ASAP so I wouldn't catch cold. WOW! I Love this idea. Especially around this time of year. This would really make someones christmas, even if it is a very little amount. You know I always try to put money in the salvation army bell ringer canisters (unless my arms are full) but last year my b/f and I plannedon gathering gifts to donate to the Toys for Tots , christmas came and went and we didnt donate. I felt really bad and said next year I'll do twice the amount that I plannedon doing last year to make up for my non-contibution. So i think I will do that and this! It would be neat to see their face upon finding the bill, but if I think about how I would feel and react, I know how they will also! Thansk for this great idea of giving, whether I receive anyhting back, it doesnt matter to me, I just want to give. Last year was not a good Christmas, and I feel in a way I am being punished ofr last years problems. I just havent had the spirit, but already I have helped people a little here and there this x-mas season and Im getting my Christmas spirits up. I think this would throw my meter thru the roof and thats what Im looking for this year. This jsut may be the answer to my prayers! Thanks Marcia for such a great idea. ang- IP: Logged |

More places to hide Blessed Bucks:Pockets (coat, jeans, etc.) in whatever clothing store you choose. Purses, duffel bags, etc. Jewelry boxes or packaging. Any kind of boxed product where you can slip in a bill. IP: Logged |

i wanna play too!!! but here in japan the smallest "bill" (and not a coin) is a $10. and i'm totally broke right now. additionally, now that you guys are talking about this, i remember getting american money with writing on it all the time, but i have *never* seen any japanese money that someone has written on. in fact, i've never seen any japanese bills that looked kinda old and worn out. hmmmm....IP: Logged |

*BUMP* (with a few good money quotes )It's a kind of spiritual snobbery that makes people think they can be happy without money. ~Albert Camus The real measure of your wealth is how much you'd be worth if you lost all your money. I'd like to live as a poor man with lots of money. ~Pablo Picasso Waste your money and you're only out of money, but waste your time and you've lost a part of your life. ~Michael Leboeuf A rich man is nothing but a poor man with money. ~W.C. Where are some places I can hide money around school? Without being caught, of course? I guess the vending machine...sigh, I wish I could go and visit some hospital or...poor house or something, I'd feel better if someone who really needs the money gets it, instead of a bunch of already rich spoiled brats. But hey, even rich spoiled brats deserves a brief moment of joy, right? I was wondering, so sorry to change the topic, but does anyone have little secrets or tips of scoring an A (or a B) on a test (perferably a math test?) anything would be much appreciated...Christina Eavyn Warner P.S May God (or whomever) bless all of you with love, happiness, and er...money. ::giggles:: I love you all! I put a dollar bill on my bus seat this morning...i think my bus picks up some small kids after he drops us off...i hope he does. But yeah, I thought of the bathroom as well, except the only time I go to the bathroom now is during Gym class, where I change for swimming, and then it gets all wet and gross...and yes, we have a library. Except...i don't go up there often..and I don't want other people to see me sticking dollar bills in books. And also...I don't think many of us even use those books unless a class is held there (they really do not have any good books...) I need to find places where nobody will see me do it, so I'd be rather anonymonous. IP: Logged |

If leaving random dollar bills around works...what would happen if one were to make a fake dollar bill (with "HAHA SUCKER!" written on the back side), place it on the ground, and wait nearby to see who would pick it up? It seems like they'd be bringing bad financial luck to themselves if the blessed bucks money spell works. (I had a friend who did this)IP: Logged |

I dont think it matters where you write it on the bill.I got $150 not too long after I did this. It was a completely unexpected gift from a friend. You never know when the rewards may manifest but they will. Whether the next day or a couple of months later they will come back to you in some shape or form if you believe they will. And even if they dont, it feels good to know probably gave someone a smile. What goes around ALWAYS comes back around. IP: Logged |
