My IC is Aries 2.30,
and tightly squares natal Mars Cancer 2+ H7gem.
Mars will go over my favorite section of Aries ..
Will sextile Sun Gem H6taur, then in later degrees Mercury-SN towards the end of Gemini.

An astrologer I follow said to look back to what happened in the year 1988.

So I peeked into my papers in bin covering that year. .. Then quickly said 'ugh' and put it back.

I was 33 years old, at the start of harsh divorce that spanned from Aug 1987 through Dec 1992. I was adjusting to new life as a single mom {2 young children}, with a full-time job. {father had abandoned his children entirely; he drew a six-figure income and refused to pay court-ordered support}.
.. During those years I was forced to sell my home owned for 7+ years. Had put a lot of hard DIY work into that property.
.. Because I couldn't afford the COST of Daycare for 2 children, from salary I made with working a full-time job, I had to sell the home almost at the point of sheriff-sale. He refused to sign over the title of the house to me. Judge had awarded me the home. I had 'favor' with the lawyers who were taking the home away from me-- THEY told me that THEY hadn't given me the proper 10 days notice of taking over the home. IN that time, I had lost two buyers, and had a new one waiting to buy the home. The Clerk of the Court signed the Deed to me, and Buyer bought the home.

I was forced into the sale of my home, as the cost of daycare for two children was MORE than the "cost of mortgage + utilities" on my modest home.

Mars was at 20/21+ Pisces on Sunday June 26, 1988. I was visiting someone's home. A member of their household had stopped in for a quick visit. He was leaving to attend an evening church service. He asked if anyone wanted to come along...

It 'just happened' that I had asked God for an opportunity like that. I shocked him by accepting his invitation. {I had said no to him, for weeks coming up on that.}

The church was a non-denom Christian church.
I hadn't visited a church for a LONG time. Those were more the mainline-types.

Anyways, that night in church, around 8:30 pm, the pastor prayed for the baptism of the Holy Spirit, which I received.

Decided to become a member of that church.
My daughters enjoyed the children's services.
We made new friends.

Transiting Chiron had recently entered sign of Cancer 0+.
Was approaching (and in) conjunction to natal Mars Cancer H7gem, square my IC {home, real estate}.

I had ALMOST lost the equity on my home.
I was grateful to everyone who helped me save my home from foreclosure.
I remember the opposing lawyer and his team being HAPPY that my house was saved in time-- thanks to HIS having found a loophole.

I began receiving more spiritual AND emotional support with my life. Found a better-paying job {close to the church, and found a new apartment with more-convenient located daycare for my kids}. Saved me 40 minute daily drive back and forth to work.

The church itself had been in the midst of a huge relocation, accomplished in mid-August of that year.

My life became more centralized-- narrowed locale activities around our new apartment 'home' location. H4.

As far as the transit harking back to the time of 9-11, with NODES having changed into sign of Gemini-Sag, I 'shudder' to think off some of the changes that happened to me.
.. I lost 2/3rds of my income {through no fault of my own}, and went through years of experience in violent-awful shelters, then living on the streets, HIDING self, for some years.
.. I almost died.

Didn't "qualify" for programs that assisted alcoholics, addicts, and ex-offenders. Not retarded, handicapped, etc.

The church I MOVED here to join, were not interested in circling around its own 'tithing' member, and assisting with helping me get 'connected' in the wider community, including getting a job. I had 'tithed' off the sum of money I got from divorce settlement. After I lost 2/3rds of my income, they *dumped* me. Too poor?.. *rolls eyes*

I had moved here to start OVER again. Giving my hands, heart, and talents to join that community. I was already totally-experienced with all the parts of ministry. I had a year of quality foundational bible-school. I was good at several aspects of ministry. I had looked forward to being a member of a new church family.
.. With that church mentioned above, I was completely committed to it, and active in many parts of that ministry. Was in it a good 5/6 years. Becomes what you live your life around.

Came here, NOT knowing a single soul, except having watched that pastor for more than several years on TV.
'Prosperity' Gospel. I remember him saying that poor Christians made being a Christian 'look bad' to non-believers? Yep.

Almost lost my life!
A church pastor from local mainline tried to help. He was angry that I didn't qualify for community state 'programs' -- Told me it was okay to "lie" on applying for help -- Lie on applications??

Lying, is too stressful!!
I had street people encouraging me to lie, so I could get helped. Some of them were so compassionate--

Oh well.

I don't qualify for programs.
Affordable HOUSING in this .. this country .. is NOT enough.
There are more and more people losing their homes, and winding up on the streets.

AND, they are 'pits' of violence, not to mention COVID now.

Finding housing, and any work, would have to take into account my problem with *sonics* that has developed even stronger over the years here.
Had I had intervention with support a handful of years ago, it wouldn't have grown to 'this' level of disability.

Things just seem so futile now.
At MY age, a repeat of 2002 would kill me.

Rm is 2 years older than I am,
and has medical issues that could bring on a sudden emergency, and I'd be OUT of a place to live. And I'd lose all my belongings.

And really DON'T adequately cover pain as much as I'd expect.

I avoid taking the 'extra' from breakthrough pain, because I 'understand' titration-- needing higher subsequent doses after a while.

Joked with the doctor for him to give me a prescription for RELOCATION-- which {in the right place} would negate the need for those pills completely!!

Oh well.
As long as I have a roof over my head,
and I still have access to a computer,

I don't really pray anymore, but I do light candles occasionally. I re-read a book called This Isn't the Life I Ordered, and was reminded of that thing to repeat over and over - something like: I'm sorry, I love you, please forgive me. Something Hawaiian? I haven't tried it, but I might - just when it comes to family. One of the hardest would be with my brother-in-law. I don't think I can say it with him in mind.

I also looked it up (I can't remember the name of the author who wrote the original book on it, before "The Secret" people got hold of it, and turned it into something else to make money). When I saw Joe Vitale selling it as a money-making secret, and a separate book about the fifth prayer or sentence - that turned me right off again.

If you've been having it?, then your dad must have gained immunity. yay for that.

Prayer..
Praying can feel flat and stilted.
The most important part of prayer is Connection, whether you feel it strong, or very very mild, or even not-at-all.

Simply, Believe .. that it DOES have an effect.

That's where 'faith' comes in. That you say words, hold thoughts, and the Universe/GOD captured its essence.

From there, 'the ball' is in the OTHER court, waiting on Right Timing for any answers that should come-- immediately, or in the future.

If a prayer/thought is NOT answered?, then there's usually a REALLY good reason, and that needs to be trusted. Sometimes the answer is -- "not-yet"! ASK, and Keep Asking. That's allowed... haha. You can't be considered a pest.

We can't "see" the whole field of dynamics going on. It affects the individual AND the World, at the same time.

But I CAN promise you, that you ARE Heard. Even if whispered ONLY in your heart and not out-loud.}

"Holding Space" of Love, Peace, Care..
makes a vibration that goes out like ripples, from you to the rest of the cosmos and all involved.

Actual "words" act as a focuser and director, like a rudder functions. Doesn't need to be an "official" ritual-religious prayer. You can send out one or two words of your own, and with thoughts and feelings propelling them, it has become a prayer.

The advantage of ritual prayer / mantras, is that it gives you the words for your mouth, but what you 'hold' in intention inside your Heart, your Soul, attaches meanings. The soul is what cries out. Adds power.

Holding-space is like being the wind-capturing-sails-- open to the Spirit's winds. In that kind of state, sometimes the right words can come. {heh, just an imagination! }

And, it's an inner and outer experience, at the same time.

Set your 'space' holding for the Highest vibe available-- usually can be something present outside-AND-inside at the SAME exact time. In fact, it is "One".

Some people 'Hold an Ideal'.

You can be the Voice of a Generation, speaking to past and future generations.

You can hold an image of a person, or a situation while running through the meditation-- and pray it over them.

Can even be a prayer to your own self..
at various ages and stages of your life till now, or even into the future.

Forgive self of any and all dumb-mistakes!!!
It's not worth the perpetual inner pain.
Release it.

It's lovely how the prayer can splay into all kinds of directions-- coming and going all-at-once. Can feel like a comforting atmospheric bubble.

I was just reading on a reddit site, a comment from a woman who said she wishes she could wake up and not worry about what the president was going to do next. I feel the same way. I want to be aware of going on, I don't want to bury my head in the sand when it comes to important issues, but damn is he exhausting.

I think I'm going to try Ho'oponopono with friends, instead of anyone else right now. Maybe it will help you, and a friend who just lost someone she loves. And another one who I tend to run to when I need to talk. I usually try to get myself into a good place mentally, freshly showered and calm, and then light it, and think "good thoughts" for whomever needs them. I need to look for some candles.

When I've known people who need a contact point, I've said to light a candle-- and I would too. The presence of the flame is "our" shared silent presence.

Sharing a flame, flame to wick, to flame.. The flame is not diminished.. just 'shared'.

T , I saw a reply you did in other thread then erased. The position of your Sun just below the horizon is part of what makes you relationships important to you. Yes, even keeping people you haven't seen in years in your mind and heart, and when you see them, it was like yesterday. That's part of who you are. Some people can drop relationships like that person was nothing, meant nothing.
You and I are not like that.
It's okay to care about people.
The world needs more of that.

Hope your body feels better. I know it goes up and down. It's okay if you mention it. I can relate.

I see others growing in their prosperity.. People support each other, but, left ME behind?? I'm here in torture still??

Something is 'wrong' with that picture.

I pray that there are folks out there, who HAVE an interest in seeing that I 'make it' through these times.
