I haven't created a new 'Good Performed' thread because this continuing-thread is me. It's a collection of all the things that I do. Represents all the 'Labors' that I do, and that I live.

Have had some interesting coincidences happen while participating in physiotherapy.

Music, Christmas Music, fills my soul, gets me out of my thinking-masculine brain, and plunges me into the ENTIRETY of who I am. I have an Intellect.. and I have a Deep Soul. I'm glad to be able to use my Intellect in a way that Serves the Whole of who I am-- which translates into how I Express.. and resonate to everything-that-is-- both Above with Things of Spirit, and Being Here on Earth.

I wasn't sensing a true Christmas Mood until I woke up this morning!

Listened to Corelli's Christmas Piece, performed on eight different Stringed Instruments and a Harpsichord. It was like I could Hear each distinct instrument.. such unique Beauty.

And although I have had challenges here, in the gnarly place I live-- I was sooo profoundly Grateful that God has given me a Gift of Hearing Music and Sounds and to detect the refinement of pixels of complex Patterns.

They all are my Symphony ensouled in the Beautiful part of Living in this Sensory World. What a Privilege!

Physio-therapy has been a blessing.
I've been experiencing a LOT of dizziness lately because of *sonics*.
While standing in the shower yesterday morning, the next-wall neighbor suddenly ratched-up the woofers, which suddenly gave me the sensation that the bottom of my wet tub was a vibrating rubber trampoline, and I became quite dizzy..

That's when part of the 'training' kicked in. My physio-therapist and I have been working on better balance and I had to 'instantly' revert to the response, like standing on a surf board on a wave! LOL

Actually, This kind of emotionally upsets me in some ways. Sorta scary.

Even though I've only had a small number of sessions, it's helped more than just learning how to balance and strengthen the body.

Had no idea how learning balance with vestibular system also teaches {corresponds to} focusing the mind-itself.

I love it that this person has a PhD expertise level in what he does.

I had compiled some notes from my own astrology placements the other day, which just-happened to prepped me in advance to 'receive' some feedback from the P-T.

My astrology work at that point was very profitable to me. I know my own weak points.

Have been wobbling and experiencing some burbs of despair over how-much and how-long I've been in this torturous circumstance. *smile*

He validated that he believes much of my symptomology IS triggered through the 'outside'; but then too, there's an emotional component to it. He noted a kind of anticipation anxiety.

I thought about it. In this past week, been finding self waking up prepped with anticipation, knowing that the kryptonite *sonics* would go on once I got up and used my bathroom.

If I awake without *sonics* prevalent,
I remind myself to drink-in that state of being, and 'bookmark' the soothing sense of it.

I consciously endeavor to savor the moment.

'If' it becomes a bad day, then "somewhere" inside I have a reference-bank to access memory of a softer peace, then use it as a coping resource for me.

Happens that the P-T is also a bornagain Christian.
And I had lightly shown some despair at the start of my last session, allowing self to voice dilemma/worry that "this" might be my "new normal"?--- and how truly-unacceptable that feels inside.

I don't want to give-in to that.

You're a woman of Faith.
Consider that what you're going through right now is 'only temporary'.
This is not indicative of your Future.

Believe that God will come through for you. That "only for-now," I need to get through this, using all these tools I'm collecting.

My 'now' is not reflective of my Future.
Stay Positive.

When he said that, it was like an upper-layer of weights peeled away from me. Made prospects of a Better Future feel more likely.

Oh yes!! Grateful for Solutions that will come! *love*

My astrology shows that I have strengths, -- and, that because of other factors, my 'own' strengths become alive out by being supported and encouraged by others.

Realizations-- I have supported others (Rm) and feel in a vacuum as far as my own needs.. Entering a more vulnerable time of life right now.
.. I choose in favor of my own needs now. It's ridiculous that with all I have to 'give' inside, from myself, that I have not been receiving back the same.

I have soooo much to give in a supportive positive atmosphere that includes 'me' in the equation. I am automatically a Giver, hands down, no matter where I get situated.

In the P-T room, I lift the spirits for other clients who are also being rehabbed after injuries and handling pain.

{{My Heart goes out to folks in those kinds of states. I'm old enough to have experienced and healed from some of the injuries I see others being rehabbed for... I'm a natural enthusiastic nurturer, and have to remember my 'boundaries'. LOL. *grin*}}

Had a pain doc appointment today, and transportation was all screwed up.

During the appointment, the doc-person in that medical office smoothly-injected one of the most-flip, hurting, condescending, thoroughly out-of-line comments to me today.

Yeah. She be "all-that"??? Amidst being there to help folks? It was SOOOO inappropriate.

So inappropriate that I was non~plussed {didn't bat an eye, or react to it}… I 'acted' to over-looked her statement.

To think that a "highly-PAID professional" would have "allowed" herself to pass awful~NASTIES from her mouth?!

And I bet she didn't even think I 'got' the put-down she made, since I disregarded her atrocious comment. (She was soooo smooth at transitioning into, then out of, her "moment".)

That's because as a 'result' of HER nastiness, I was able to identify something I hadn't been noticing brewing inside, and it actually turned into something better later on.

Took a lot of walking to get back to the road where the bus stops are. The weather was wet-- drizzling. Two older gentlemen eventually joined me at the same stop, seated on the bench. I offered to cover 'all' of us with my umbrella as we waited for the bus.

That's was when I "noticed" there were 'kind' vibes in the air, being exchanged. By the time I rode the bus system, transferring between bus-lines.. I started seeing more and more kindness in individuals in the social environment.

As the last bus I boarded got on its way, I started thinking and imagining about my astrology transits...

I'm going through transits that I had read are 'designed' for an individual to become MORE emotionally sensitive! .. Connecting to my Moon Virgo--- this transiting super-conjunction in Capricorn two weeks from now is facilitating some of that. (Plus, moving to oppose Uranus-Jupiter Cancer).

Transiting Chiron in Aries is forward again, perched to re-cross my IC Aries 2.30 {{squares my Mars Cancer}}. Mercury is opp Mercury.

Good is that tUranus in Taurus sextiles my Mars.

tNeptune is in interc.3rd {sextile natal Saturn Scorp} coming into slow trines to that Uranus-Jupiter H8

tNeptune in Pisces will build up to a slow square to my Mercury Gem after a long time. That will be favorable towards Creativity.

So. Reviewing my own chart and transits, helped me place things in better-perspective. It's good to know what you're dealing with?
{One of the benefits that a knowledge of astrology brings.}

At that point, I turned towards looking at things with a similar-take that Mr. Rogers would have. {Mr. Roger's Neighborhood, TV Show for Children.} He had a saying that in a time of crisis and mayhem, to look for 'the helpers'? .. I began seeing 'the Kindness' in people.

The Kind-People ARE there among us...

They pop in-and-out of our everyday lives. You just gotta catch'em.
Sparkly glints in the eye, and smiles.. that get reciprocated.

I'm not going to negate what I go through here. That's very real. It's 'understandable' that I have days when it's just harder for me to deal-with this constant ordeal.

When I 'come back to myself' I think of the Blessings in my life. I encourage my own self to Believe, and to have Faith that God (and Other Real-flesh People) are arranging things {though I don't know 'who'.. or 'where'..} I sense them.

I wonder can you get a set of noise canceling headphones and try some healing frequencies? I do this and usually they are effective but I realise it might be so powerful, that which you are struggling with around you.
