After reading her books, I assumed (I don't know why) that Sam was her father, not her husband. I know now that this is not true, maybe I just got a "fatherly" vibe from his name. If I had investigated, I probably would have figured it out.So what does anyone know about him and his marriage to Linda? Just curious. Katee IP: Logged |

There's a good reason why you got a fatherly vibe from Sam, Katiebull. Sam was married to Linda and was more of the parent in the family. He took care of the children while Linda worked on her books, etc. He was a doting father, I'm told. Even with his step-kids, he treated them like they were his own. Good intuition! Welcome to Lindaland, Katiebull! Sam Goodman was Linda's second husband. There is a little bit of info about him on Greg's site at www.consciousevolution.com. Thanks everyone...maybe my curiosity has something to do with him being a Taurus, too. Us bulls like to know that we're not alone!Katee IP: Logged |

Katie,I'm a Taurus as well. In fact, Sam and I share the same birthday *not year, though*. He embodied the Taurean qualities - wanted a nice home, family, etc. Hooray for bulls! LMB IP: Logged |

You know, in my thirst for astrological knowledge, I have bought every book that arrives in my bookstore about the subject. I bought this one, by a "famous" psychic, and ran home to read it. In her Taurus chapter, she said that she could not find any Taureans anywhere, that she didn't think they existed, or maybe they all lived under a rock somewhere (!). She went on to write very disparaging remarks about us, and she went on and on, with nothing good to say whatsoever. I thumbed through the rest of the book, and didn't find her venom directed at anyone else. So I threw the book away, and ever since have been trying to vindicate the Taurus name. So when I see another Bull, I jump for joy, knowing that we all don't "live under a rock somewhere"!!(paws the Earth energetically) Go Bulls! Katee IP: Logged |

Apparently, she just had a very bad experience with a Taurus. Not very objective of her! ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Rebecca Clark IP: Logged |

Thank you for the kind words!! Maybe I'll find out about my self-esteem issues and need to find others like me when I take the astrology course. I see people all the time saying they have a "strong" this, or a "weak" that...and I have no clue how to find strengths and weaknesses in my chart. And what is a stellium? I can't wait to find out! It's really sad about Sam and Linda, he just wasn't her twin. I'm sure she has regrets...------------------ All my love, with all my Heart lotusheartone/Emeraldopal IP: Logged |
