Each individual on Earth is exploring in a physical body new ways of experiencing life. Through this process of discovery, each of us is developing a deeper level of under- standing of life and a greater ability to express our divine essence. This divine essence is the fullest expression of each individual's soul, and most closely exemplifies the
Divine's capabilities therein. Divine essence is a level of divine awareness that was inherent in each soul when it was initially conceived by the Divine. It is also the
natural state of the soul that has removed itself from the controlling aspects of hierarchical belief systems through the complete awakening of its sacred intentions. All souls are in various stages of transformation, and all people are destined to attain a level of conscious awareness of divine essence as their sacred intentions are fully awakened.
Profound personal transformation is initiated by the realization that you are capable of direct access to the Divine. This is the realization that the wisdom of the Divine can be discovered deep within your own soul. In other words, your body, complete with its physical, mental, and emotional capabilities, is not the repository of your sacred intentions. Nor is your mind able to reach out and access this divine inner calling
which tirelessly beckons, inviting you towards the glorious joy of ever
deeper connection with All That Is. It is the soul that is the harbor of your divine essence. And it is the soul that is the vehicle of access to the awakening of your sacred
intentions, which opens the door to profound transformation through the integration of your body, mind, heart, and soul. Through opening to meaningful connection not only with your own divine essence, but with that of all living beings, the experience of profound personal transformation eventually triggers the realization that perceived reality is the Divine personified in the form of individual preferences. Thus when your sacred intentions are fully awakened, divine reality and your perception of reality become inseparable as the wind and the air. This confluence is only completely realized through the full transformation experience, which is unlike anything known within human experience. There have been those upon Earth who have ventured into the shallows of
this boundless ocean. Some have called it ascension; others have attributed names like illumination, enlightenment, nirvana, and cosmic consciousness. While these experiences are profound by human standards, they are only the initial stirrings of divine essence as it becomes increasingly adept at touching and awakening the remote edges of its
existence. What most would define as the ultimate bliss is merely an impression of
their divine essence whispering to its outposts of form and nudging them to look within to the roots of existence, and to unite with the formless and limitless divine intelligence that pervades all.

The full transformation experience is far beyond the scope of the human
drama, much like the stars in the sky are beyond the touch of Earth. We
can see the stars with our human eyes, but we will never touch them with
our human hands. Similarly, we can dimly foresee the full transformation
experience as humans, but we cannot experience it through being human.
It is accessed through the wholeness of the soul, for it is only in
wholeness that the soul's sacred intentions and their catalytic effect
of divine perception can be fully experienced.
This level of wholeness is attained only when the individual
consciousness has separated from time and is able to view its existence
in timelessness. Nevertheless, the human stage of existence is essential
in facilitating personal transformation and causing it to trigger - like
a metamorphosis - the integration of your formful identities into divine
essence.

Self-mastery through personal transformation is the next stage of
perception and expression for your soul. It is initiated when you choose
to design your life based upon principles that are symbolic of the
Divine. As you become increasingly responsive to the Divine, you
naturally gravitate towards life principles that symbolically express
the formative principles of divine creation.
The below principles are divine templates of creation. They are designed
to help you experience life from the perspective of divine essence. They
are principles that construct opportunities for the integration of your
formless and formful identities. They are bridges through which you can
access the experience of wholeness by perceiving with your divine
essence.
There is a wide range of means that can facilitate self-mastery through
personal transformation and disengage the soul from external controls.
Inasmuch as the means may vary, the intent behind the means is quite
narrowly defined as the intent to expand into a state of integration
whereby all aspects of your conscious self become increasingly aligned
with your divine essence.
There are three particular life principles that help to align your
perspective with the perspective of divine essence and thus inspire
profound transformation.
They are:
1) Seeing the Divine in all
2) Nurturance of life
3) Gratitude
When you apply these principles, a deeper meaning will be revealed to
the seemingly random events of your life experience - both in the
personal and universal contexts.

Seeing the Divine in All
This is the principle that the Divine is present and can be seen
everywhere and in all manifestations of life. It is interwoven in all
things like an intricate mosaic whose pieces adhere to the same wall,
and are thus unified. However, it is not the picture that unifies the
mosaic, but the underlying wall upon which its pieces adhere. Similarly,
the Divine paints a picture so diverse and seemingly unrelated that
there appears to be no unification. Yet it is not the outward
manifestations that unify. It is the inward center of divine energy upon
which the pieces of diversity are layered that unifies all life.
This centerpiece of divine energy is the collective storehouse of all
life within the universe. It is the full expression of the Divine, which
invests itself in all forms through the projection of its divine
intelligence into all manifestations of life. Thus, divine intelligence
- acting as an extension of the Divine - is the unifying energy that is
the "wall" upon which all the pieces of life's mosaic adhere.
Seeing the Divine in all is the principle that all manifestations of
life convey an expression of All That Is. It does not matter how far the
unifying energy has been distorted or corrupted; the Divine can be
observed. It is the action of perceiving the unification of energy even
when the outward manifestations appear random, distorted, or chaotic. It
is the realization that all life flows from one divine energy source
that links all to One and one to All.
When every manifestation of life can be genuinely perceived as a
fragmentary expression of All That Is, the vibration of equality that
underlies all life becomes perceptible to you. You realize that life
initially emerges as an extension of the Divine, and then, as an
individuated energy frequency invested within a form. This individuated
energy vibrates, in its pure, timeless state, precisely the same for all
manifestations of life.

Nurturance of Life

Life, in this definition, is an individual's sovereign reality. It is
subjective and impressionable. Life is the wholeness of experience
flowing past the individual's field of perception in the present moment.
There is never a closure to life, nor a final chapter written. It is
eternal, not only in the abstract sense of never ending or beginning,
but also in the real sense that life is ever expanding in order to
express divine intelligence in all realities within the universe.
Nurturance of life is the principle whereby an individual is in
alignment with the natural expansion of intelligence inherent within all
life. This alignment enhances the life energy that flows past the
individual with the clear intent of gentle support. It is the action of
opening to the highest motive in all people and in all life and
supporting the flow of this highest intention towards its ultimate
expression. In so doing, the action is performed without judgment,
analysis, or attachment to outcome. It involves simply nurturing the
highest energy that flows from all people and all beings, and thus
supporting the fullest expression of their deepest essence.
This is a departure from the normal perception that nurturing support
can only be granted when others are in alignment with your personal will
and desires. When, instead, you view everything in your life as an
integrated energy flowing as an expression of ever-expanding divine
intelligence, all life is honored as an extension of the Divine. In this
context, there is no energy that is misdirected or unworthy of support
and nurturance. While this may seem contrary to the evidence of abusive
energy upon the Earth, even energy that is laden with "evil intent" is
nevertheless energy that is flowing outward in search of a higher
expression.
All people and all forms of life can be nurtured and supported to their
highest expression. This is the fundamental purpose of this principle.
It is greatly facilitated by the intention to perceive the original
motive and ultimate expression of life energy as it passes through your
field of awareness.
Energy is an element of life that is so subtly interwoven with form that
it is one, in much the same manner as space and time are inextricably
linked in union. Energy is a motive. It is intelligent beyond the mind's
ability to reason. While it is a force that can be subject to
applications that deny its highest expression, energy is always imbuing
life with the motive to expand and evolve.
Life energy is always in a state of becoming. It is never static or
regressive in its natural state. You are very capable of nurturing this
natural expansion of energy to forge new channels of expression and
experience. In fact, it is your primary purpose to expand the life
energy that encircles your personal reality, and to transform it to new
levels of expression that more clearly reflect the perspective of divine
essence.
There are many specific actions that can be taken to nurture life. Each
soul has the innate ability to transform energy through a tremendous
variety of means. Working through your body, your soul is able to
collect and store energy and redirect its purpose or application. This
transformation of energy can occur on both personal and universal levels
of expression. That is, within an individual's field of awareness,
energy can be transformed at any time to conform more to a vision of
personal welfare, or aligned with a vision of universal welfare and
goodwill.
One of the best methods to transform energy is through one's belief
system. All beliefs have energy systems that act like birthing chambers
for the manifestation of your perceived reality. Within these energy
systems are currents that direct life experience. Your soul is aware of
these currents either consciously or unconsciously and allows them to
carry you into realms of experience that engage your core belief system.

Gratitude

This principle is based on the understanding that the universe
represents a collective intelligence that can be personalized as a
single universal soul - a composite expression of the Divine. Thus, in
this perspective, there are only two souls in the entire cosmos: the
individual soul and the universal soul. Inasmuch as the individual is
impressionable and constantly changing to adapt to new information, so
is the universal soul, which is a dynamic, living template of collective
energies and experiences that are coherent and as knowable as a friend's
personality and behavior.
The universal soul is responsive to the individual soul and its beliefs
and perceptions. It is like a composite omni-personality that is imbued
with divine intelligence and responds to the perceptions and belief
systems of the individual like a pool of water mirrors the image that
overshadows it.
Everyone is indeed, at their innermost core, an enlightened soul that
can transform themselves into an instrument of divine essence. However,
this transformation is dependent on whether the individual chooses to
project an image of divine essence upon the "mirror" of the universal
soul, or to project a lesser image that is a distortion of its essential
state of being.
The principle of gratitude is primarily concerned with consciously
designing your self-image through an appreciation of the universal
soul's supportive mirror. In other words, the universal soul is a
partner in shaping reality's expression in your life. If you choose to
project a transformed image upon the mirror of the universal soul,
reality gradually becomes an internal process of creation that is
increasingly free of external controls and conditions.
This process involves an interchange of supportive energy between the
individual and the universal soul. This energy is best applied through
an appreciation of how perfect and exacting this interchange occurs in
every moment of life. If you are aware - or at least interested in
having the awareness - of how perfectly the Divine, as expressed in the
form of the universal soul, supports your sovereign reality, there is a
powerful and natural sense of gratitude that flows from you to the
Divine.
It is this wellspring of gratitude that opens wide the channel of
support from the Divine to the individual and establishes a
collaboration of purpose to transform the individual soul into a pure
expression of divine essence.
It is principally gratitude - which arises naturally through
appreciation of how the relationship between the individual and the
universal soul operates - that opens you to connection with your divine
essence, and to your eventual transformation into the state of
perception and expression of divine essence. The relationship of the
individual with the universal soul is essential to cultivate and
nurture, because this relationship, more than anything else, determines
how accepting each individual is of life's myriad forms and
manifestations.
When you accept changes in your sovereign reality as the shifting
persona of the universal soul, you live in greater harmony with life
itself. Life becomes an exchange of energy between you and the universal
soul that is allowed to play out without judgment, and is experienced
without fear. This is the underlying meaning of unconditional love: to
experience life in all its manifestations as a single, unified
intelligence that responds perfectly to the projected image of each
soul.
It is for this reason that when you project gratitude, regardless of
circumstance or condition, life becomes increasingly supportive in
opening you to further awakening your sacred intentions. This feeling of
gratitude coupled with the mental concept of appreciation is expressed
like an invisible message in all directions and at all times. In this
particular context, gratitude is the overarching motive behind all forms
of expression to which humanity aspires.
Every breath, every word, every touch, every thought is centered on
expressing this sense of gratitude; a gratitude that you are sovereign
and supported by a universal soul that expresses itself through all
forms and manifestations of life with the sole objective of creating the
ideal reality to fully awaken your sacred intentions and transform your
entire being into divine essence. It is this specific form of gratitude
that accelerates the awakening of your sacred intentions and their
inherent ability to integrate your body, mind, heart, and soul, and to
transform your ability to perceive and express from the place of divine
essence.
Time is the primary factor that distorts the otherwise clear connection
between the individual and the Divine. Time establishes separation of
experience. This creates doubt in the Divine's system of fairness and
overarching purpose. This doubt, in turn, creates fear that the universe
is not a mirror but rather a chaotic, whimsical energy. Time intervenes
to create pockets of despair, hopelessness, and abandonment. However, it
is these very "pockets" that often motivate awakening the sacred
intentions of your soul, as they cause you to seek a more intimate and
harmonious relationship with the Divine.
When you are aligned with divine essence and live from this perspective
as part of an ever-unfolding reality, you attract a natural state of
harmony. This does not necessarily mean that your life is without
problems or discomforts; rather it signifies a perception that there is
an integral purpose in what life reveals. In other words, life
experience is meaningful to the extent that you choose to live in
natural harmony with divine essence. When your personal reality flows in
alignment with divine essence, you create lasting joy and inner peace.
Gratitude is an essential facet of love that opens you to acknowledge
the role of the universal soul and to redefine your purpose as a
supportive extension of the Divine, rather than the whimsical outreach
of fate or the exacting reaction of a mechanical, detached universe.
Establishing a relationship with the universe through the outflow of
gratitude attracts life experience that is deeply transformative -
experience that is richly devoted to uncovering life's deepest meaning
and most formative purpose.

The Emergence of Divine Essence
Through the ongoing application of these principles of transformation,
divine intelligence increasingly permeates your soul, and your soul
becomes the identity of your entire being. Thus, identity is
transformed, and in the wake of this transformation, divine essence
unifies your entire being with your soul, and your soul with divine
intelligence. It is this unification and shift of identity that is the
explicit purpose of these life principles. If there is any other
intention or objective, these principles will remain misunderstood and
their catalytic powers will remain dormant.
It is the perspective of divine essence that all life is pure love in
its fullest expression, and that in this single concept, all life is
conceived and forever exists. This becomes the core belief from which
all other beliefs arise. And as these beliefs expand outward, this core
belief system emerges with a clear intent of supporting a fundamental
perspective of seeing, nurturing, and appreciating the universe as the
divine cradle from which all life is created and evolves.
These principles of transformation are merely symbols represented in
words and served to you as a potential recipe to stir awake the embers
of light that tirelessly burn within. There are no specific techniques
or rituals that are required to invoke their power. They are simply
perspectives. In a real sense, they are sacred intentions that attract
experience that expands consciousness. They do not provide quick fixes
or instant realizations. They are amplifiers of personal will and
intention that clarify how one lives. Their transformative power is
contained exclusively in the intent of their application.
Through these principles, you can become a master of empowering your
deeper self. In the past, boundaries were set, secrets were kept, and
your light was subdued simply because your perception of external,
hierarchical controls created in you fear of the unknown and of the
mystical practices of transformed souls.
Now, if you choose to apply these life principles with clear intent, you
have the tools to accelerate the emergence of divine essence. You can
awaken the perspective, insights, and empowered abilities of your divine
essence to create new realms of possibility and shape them as learning
adventures that liberate and expand your consciousness. This is the
underlying purpose of these principles, and perhaps the best reason to
explore them.

Hello all ...
I am writing a new book at the moment which has me staring at the computer screen all day almost every day.
The intensity is partly because I want to have it finished and away by the time I set off on a series of events in America and Europe between September and Christmas, but also because every day is a fascinating journey of discovery.
It's like everything I have done so far, all the endless subjects, angles and aspects, are coming together with crystal clarity. The picture is getting so much clearer across a great swathe of interconnected information and I am having major breakthroughs every day. The mist is clearing like never before.
One aspect of all this is the way we have been genetically programmed by a predator race to be as we are. Are those your thoughts and emotions you're thinking and feeling now?? Or are they the program running through your body-computer system?
The very fact that you are reading this means that you are beginning to break through the program, but it remains a powerful reality-manipulator for even those who can see the 'this world' aspects of the global conspiracy.
To understand the human plight we need to have a grasp of at least the basics of so many subjects which (a) appear on the surface not to be connected and (b) the system seeks with a frenzy to suppress.
First we need to know that we do not live in a 'world' as we perceive it, but in a frequency range - and a tiny one. The electromagnetic spectrum, according to mainstream science, is only 0.005% of what exists in energy and matter in this universe. And 'visible light', the only frequency that our eyes can decode, is a fraction of that 0.005%.


What's more, the only place that 'physical' reality exists is in our brain when the five senses have decoded vibrational information into electro-chemical information for the brain to further decode into holographic - illusory - 'physical' reality. There is no 'physical' 'out there', only the illusion of 'physical' 'in here'.
Next we need to understand that what we call 'Creation' is made up of densities or ranges of frequency that share the same 'space', just as different radio and television frequencies share the same 'space' without interfering with each other unless they are very close on the dial.
As we quicken our own vibrational resonance by changing our state of being and perception we are able to move through the densities to ever higher and more expansive levels of awareness until we merge with the Infinite All That Is - the Infinite Possibility that we ultimately are.
It is also important to appreciate that human perception does not see everything there is to see even in the universe, or 'third dimension' as some people call it, that we are currently experiencing. Ever watched a cat reacting to what is to us 'empty space'?
To break the control of the hive mind we need to do what the hive mind is programmed to stop us doing. We can override the system by becoming conscious, a state of being beyond mind.
First we need to bring an end to emotional reaction and start to calmly assess before jumping in. The mass manipulation technique that I call Problem-Reaction-Solution is only possible because people react by reflex action instead of taking time to check, research and consider.
And where does this emotional reaction come from, even according to mainstream science? The 'R-complex' that key part of the human brain which deals with survival reactions and 'primitive emotional responses'.
The hive mind does not want us to be peaceful, so we should be; it does not want us to be kind, so we should be; it does not want us to think of others, so we should do; it does not want us to have empathy with the consequences for others of our actions, so we should do; it does not want us to cooperate instead of compete, so we should do; it does not want the lion to lay down with the lamb (all expressions of life living in harmony) and so they must do; it does not want us to do what is right, only what it tells us is right for me, me, me, and so we must do what we know to be right and just in all circumstances.
We want a world of peace? Okay, be peaceful. We want a world of kindness? No problem, be kind.
It's not that simple? Oh yes it is.

It is the outlook that all life is in a state of optimal realization and experience regardless of condition or circumstance. It is the perception that life is perfect in its expression because it flows from perfection, and that no matter how divergent its manifestations are, all life is an extension of the Divine.

In light of the obvious turmoil and destruction that are apparent on Earth, this is an outlook or perception that may seem naive. How can life – in all its forms and expressions – be perceived as optimal or perfect? This is the great paradox of life, and it cannot be reconciled with your mental or emotional capabilities. It can only be understood in the context of the soul, which is deathless, timeless, and limitless. Paradoxes exist because the human drama is too limited in scope and scale to allow a perception of wholeness to illuminate how the pieces of the puzzle are perfectly interconnected in the ever-unfolding divince cosmic dance.

The human drama is circumscribed by the dimensions of time and space and the elements of energy and matter. It is played out upon the stages of survival and dysfunctional behavior because of the methods of controlling information and manipulating conditions used by those operating within the hierarchical paradigm. The soul within the human body is largely unexpressed and underutilized in this human drama, and therefore, life's apparent perversions and imperfections are seen in isolation as impediments to perfection rather than perfection itself.

Life is perfect in its resolve to expand and express an intelligence that is limitless. This is the fundamental purpose of life in all its diverse manifestations.

The presence of the Divine expressing itself as a vibration of equality can be seen in all things. Sensory input derived from the human body is limited to frequencies in specific ranges that only convey an echo of this divine vibration. The divine resonance of all life is understood only through deliberate and focused contemplation of the equality inherent in all things, and through the ability to penetrate beyond the image of a thing to the origin of the image. Calling forth the divine perceptions of the soul within your own being is the ideal method to access lasting sensitivity to the divine vibration. This is how you develop the ability to see the Divine in all.

It is not only that the Divine is found within you and within every individual manifestation of life; it is also in itself the wholeness of all life. Thus, this principle calls for seeing the Divine in all its diverse forms of manifestation, as well as in the wholeness of life itself.
These insights stimulate a new sensory system beyond the five senses that rule the physical world. These new senses are an outgrowth of the awakening of your sacred intentions. They are manifestations of the first stage of profound personal transformation. With this new perceptual ability, you will be capable of sensing not only the presence of the Divine, but also the timeless divine essence that exists at the core of every living being.

Nurturance of Life

Life, in this definition, is an individual's sovereign reality. It is subjective and impressionable. Life is the wholeness of experience flowing past the individual's field of perception in the present moment. There is never a closure to life, nor a final chapter written. It is eternal, not only in the abstract sense of never ending or beginning, but also in the real sense that life is ever expanding in order to express divine intelligence in all realities within the universe.

Nurturance of life is the principle whereby an individual is in alignment with the natural expansion of intelligence inherent within all life. This alignment enhances the life energy that flows past the individual with the clear intent of gentle support. It is the action of opening to the highest motive in all people and in all life and supporting the flow of this highest intention towards its ultimate expression. In so doing, the action is performed without judgment, analysis, or attachment to outcome. It involves simply nurturing the highest energy that flows from all people and all beings, and thus supporting the fullest expression of their deepest essence.
This is a departure from the normal perception that nurturing support can only be granted when others are in alignment with your personal will and desires. When, instead, you view everything in your life as an integrated energy flowing as an expression of ever-expanding divine intelligence, all life is honored as an extension of the Divine. In this context, there is no energy that is misdirected or unworthy of support and nurturance. While this may seem contrary to the evidence of abusive energy upon the Earth, even energy that is laden with "evil intent" is nevertheless energy that is flowing outward in search of a higher expression.
All people and all forms of life can be nurtured and supported to their highest expression. This is the fundamental purpose of this principle. It is greatly facilitated by the intention to perceive the original motive and ultimate expression of life energy as it passes through your field of awareness.

Energy is an element of life that is so subtly interwoven with form that it is one, in much the same manner as space and time are inextricably linked in union. Energy is a motive. It is intelligent beyond the mind's ability to reason. While it is a force that can be subject to applications that deny its highest expression, energy is always imbuing life with the motive to expand and evolve.

Life energy is always in a state of becoming. It is never static or regressive in its natural state. You are very capable of nurturing this natural expansion of energy to forge new channels of expression and experience. In fact, it is your primary purpose to expand the life energy that encircles your personal reality, and to transform it to new levels of expression that more clearly reflect the perspective of divine essence.

There are many specific actions that can be taken to nurture life. Each soul has the innate ability to transform energy through a tremendous variety of means. Working through your body, your soul is able to collect and store energy and redirect its purpose or application. This transformation of energy can occur on both personal and universal levels of expression. That is, within an individual's field of awareness, energy can be transformed at any time to conform more to a vision of personal welfare, or aligned with a vision of universal welfare and goodwill.

One of the best methods to transform energy is through one's belief system. All beliefs have energy systems that act like birthing chambers for the manifestation of your perceived reality. Within these energy systems are currents that direct life experience. Your soul is aware of these currents either consciously or unconsciously and allows them to carry you into realms of experience that engage your core belief system.

By cultivating beliefs that expand and transform energy, you are more able to explore energy systems that are nurturing to life in all its myriad forms. When your beliefs are clearly defined as intentions – as preferred states of being – your life energy engages more fully in the present moment. Your energy system becomes inseparable from your being and woven into your spirit like a thread of light. Clarity of intention is essential to engaging the energy system of your core beliefs, and to allowing the nurturance of life to prevail in all activities.

So again, the nurturance of life is essential to both personal and collective realities within the universe, which contains all realities that are interlinked like threads of an infinitely expanding fabric. Thus, as you awaken to your own creative power to transform life energy outside of yourself and enhance it with the clear intent of gentle support, you naturally experience ever-unfolding transformation within yourself as well. You become an increasingly clear beacon of the Divine and the architect of a new paradigm based upon the intention to nurture all life in the universe.

Gratitude

This principle is based on the understanding that the universe represents a collective intelligence that can be personalized as a single universal soul – a composite expression of the Divine. Thus, in this perspective, there are only two souls in the entire cosmos: the individual soul and the universal soul. Inasmuch as the individual is impressionable and constantly changing to adapt to new information, so is the universal soul, which is a dynamic, living template of collective energies and experiences that are coherent and as knowable as a friend's personality and behavior.

The universal soul is responsive to the individual soul and its beliefs and perceptions. It is like a composite omni-personality that is imbued with divine intelligence and responds to the perceptions and belief systems of the individual like a pool of water mirrors the image that overshadows it.

Everyone is indeed, at their innermost core, an enlightened soul that can transform themselves into an instrument of divine essence. However, this transformation is dependent on whether the individual chooses to project an image of divine essence upon the "mirror" of the universal soul, or to project a lesser image that is a distortion of its essential state of being.

The principle of gratitude is primarily concerned with consciously designing your self-image through an appreciation of the universal soul's supportive mirror. In other words, the universal soul is a partner in shaping reality's expression in your life. If you choose to project a transformed image upon the mirror of the universal soul, reality gradually becomes an internal process of creation that is increasingly free of external controls and conditions.
This process involves an interchange of supportive energy between the individual and the universal soul. This energy is best applied through an appreciation of how perfect and exacting this interchange occurs in every moment of life. If you are aware – or at least interested in having the awareness – of how perfectly the Divine, as expressed in the form of the universal soul, supports your sovereign reality, there is a powerful and natural sense of gratitude that flows from you to the Divine. It is this wellspring of gratitude that opens wide the channel of support from the Divine to the individual and establishes a collaboration of purpose to transform the individual soul into a pure expression of divine essence.
It is principally gratitude – which arises naturally through appreciation of how the relationship between the individual and the universal soul operates – that opens you to connection with your divine essence, and to your eventual transformation into the state of perception and expression of divine essence. The relationship of the individual with the universal soul is essential to cultivate and nurture, because this relationship, more than anything else, determines how accepting each individual is of life's myriad forms and manifestations.
When you accept changes in your sovereign reality as the shifting persona of the universal soul, you live in greater harmony with life itself. Life becomes an exchange of energy between you and the universal soul that is allowed to play out without judgment, and is experienced without fear. This is the underlying meaning of unconditional love: to experience life in all its manifestations as a single, unified intelligence that responds perfectly to the projected image of each soul.

It is for this reason that when you project gratitude, regardless of circumstance or condition, life becomes increasingly supportive in opening you to further awakening your sacred intentions. This feeling of gratitude coupled with the mental concept of appreciation is expressed like an invisible message in all directions and at all times. In this particular context, gratitude is the overarching motive behind all forms of expression to which humanity aspires.

Every breath, every word, every touch, every thought is centered on expressing this sense of gratitude; a gratitude that you are sovereign and supported by a universal soul that expresses itself through all forms and manifestations of life with the sole objective of creating the ideal reality to fully awaken your sacred intentions and transform your entire being into divine essence. It is this specific form of gratitude that accelerates the awakening of your sacred intentions and their inherent ability to integrate your body, mind, heart, and soul, and to transform your ability to perceive and express from the place of divine essence.

Time is the primary factor that distorts the otherwise clear connection between the individual and the Divine. Time establishes separation of experience. This creates doubt in the Divine's system of fairness and overarching purpose. This doubt, in turn, creates fear that the universe is not a mirror but rather a chaotic, whimsical energy. Time intervenes to create pockets of despair, hopelessness, and abandonment. However, it is these very "pockets" that often motivate awakening the sacred intentions of your soul, as they cause you to seek a more intimate and harmonious relationship with the Divine.

When you are aligned with divine essence and live from this perspective as part of an ever-unfolding reality, you attract a natural state of harmony. This does not necessarily mean that your life is without problems or discomforts; rather it signifies a perception that there is an integral purpose in what life reveals. In other words, life experience is meaningful to the extent that you choose to live in natural harmony with divine essence. When your personal reality flows in alignment with divine essence, you create lasting joy and inner peace.

Gratitude is an essential facet of love that opens you to acknowledge the role of the universal soul and to redefine your purpose as a supportive extension of the Divine, rather than the whimsical outreach of fate or the exacting reaction of a mechanical, detached universe. Establishing a relationship with the universe through the outflow of gratitude attracts life experience that is deeply transformative – experience that is richly devoted to uncovering life's deepest meaning and most formative purpose.

The Emergence of Divine Essence

Through the ongoing application of these principles of transformation, divine intelligence increasingly permeates your soul, and your soul becomes the identity of your entire being. Thus, identity is transformed, and in the wake of this transformation, divine essence unifies your entire being with your soul, and your soul with divine intelligence. It is this unification and shift of identity that is the explicit purpose of these life principles. If there is any other intention or objective, these principles will remain misunderstood and their catalytic powers will remain dormant.

It is the perspective of divine essence that all life is pure love in its fullest expression, and that in this single concept, all life is conceived and forever exists. This becomes the core belief from which all other beliefs arise. And as these beliefs expand outward, this core belief system emerges with a clear intent of supporting a fundamental perspective of seeing, nurturing, and appreciating the universe as the divine cradle from which all life is created and evolves.

These principles of transformation are merely symbols represented in words and served to you as a potential recipe to stir awake the embers of light that tirelessly burn within. There are no specific techniques or rituals that are required to invoke their power. They are simply perspectives. In a real sense, they are sacred intentions that attract experience that expands consciousness. They do not provide quick fixes or instant realizations. They are amplifiers of personal will and intention that clarify how one lives. Their transformative power is contained exclusively in the intent of their application.

Through these principles, you can become a master of empowering your deeper self. In the past, boundaries were set, secrets were kept, and your light was subdued simply because your perception of external, hierarchical controls created in you fear of the unknown and of the mystical practices of transformed souls.

Now, if you choose to apply these life principles with clear intent, you have the tools to accelerate the emergence of divine essence. You can awaken the perspective, insights, and empowered abilities of your divine essence to create new realms of possibility and shape them as learning adventures that liberate and expand your consciousness. Message from the Masters:

From within the Light and beyond we greet you!

It is that of late you have been experiencing a rewiring of cosmic proportions. Many who experience this have been resistant, moving into behaviors of a negative and destructive nature. It is that the energies which have been moving through you are of frequencies and a nature of which you are not familiar and that your bodies are not practiced to handle. Because of this, some of you have felt different levels of anxiety, of discontentment, even lost. Others have felt as if a cosmic pause has been in effect and that everyone around you has been off balance, chaotic, unpredictable. In those moments it may have been so.

The changes that have been occurring have been the direct result of the wobbling inter-dimensionally that always precedes a triangulation. The triangulation across dimensions on June 11th was the most intense of all. It was the last of nine that have taken place over the past eighteen months. You must know that this series of triangulations, while hard to imagine because they are happening on other planes of reality, have completely rearranged your particulate alignments, the very particles of which you are made. It is that you have received a new set of harmonic frequencies and in most cases, have been quickly purged of those which were before. It is within this purging process that emotions have seemed to destabilize.

With the final triangulation having occurred, there will be a series of astronomical events with anomalous appearances of bodies in the heavens. The current retrograde of Pluto exacerbates the effects of the triangulations. There will be a three hour anomaly in the rotation of Pluto on July 18th which will act as a reset to the interrelations of intergalactic energy patterns. Pluto will also move slightly out of its orbital alignment just after the anomalous rotation which will change gravitational relationships within the solar system. Venus also appears to be mildly unstable on its axis during late July early August. The earth appears to be stable at this time due to a new geyser which will appear. These emissions from the earth act to relieve pressure from within.

We are given that the economic issue that are in occurrence in your world will begin to normalize in September/October of your current year.

There are many events which will escalate in the coming times. Now that the triangulations have culminated and particulate relationships are reordered and reharmonized, there comes a vast opening of multiple Stargate systems. This is a multi-level system, meaning that it crosses the time space continuum, dimensional thresholds and is interconnected by a vast series of wormhole systems. These systems are regulated with a valve system which allows for a, for lack of better descriptive in your language, vacuum system type of operation which in turn allows for expedient transfer of matter in particulate form. At the same time, these valves maintain positive and negative pressure thresholds between transfer stations and angulation changes within the system.

This series of star gate systems was utilized by the precursors of the Atlanteans, beings of an intergalactic nature. These systems are the Um, the Lenhe, the Aetnalin, the Urnallum, the Renari , the Leioni and the Dendor. 7 being the number of truth, 7 being the number of Stargate systems opening. This will begin on October 3rd of your current year.

The combination of Stargate systems opening and the astronomical events will bring to your world evidence of visitors from other worlds.

It is that one area of this system remained open during the times of ancient Egypt and opened into subterranean chambers. The system closed in 624 BC and has not been operational since then. It will soon be. As this series of events occurs we will keep you informed as to immediate changes that are in regard to your existences. As the openings occur, there will be a certain amount of dimensional bleed through. Some of you will see or hear beings of other realities as these brief bleed throughs happen. It is nothing but energy memory and nothing to fear. At the same time, energies will bleed into your dimension in such a way that there may be brief and intense changes, such as when the wind changes direction before the weather changes. These events you will feel on the inside as if something light has just walked across your inside.

Know that the sites sacred which are built at specific intervals upon your planet are amping up to a frequency response in answer to the cosmic changes. It is vital to know that the new frequencies are acting as portals to the infinite and that these sites are in the process of harmonizing. On a certain date in the year 2018 there will be a full harmonization of the pyramids across your planet. We will bring you more of this as it is appropriate or necessary.

Know that events from now forward in the coming few years will escalate and intensity will occur in and around you at times. It is that if resistance is not created by you, your experiences will be of an extremely positive nature. There will be a seven month period in which he energies will flow in such a positive form and frequency that your vibration escalation can leap and arc into higher and more intricate frequency sets without some of the usual steps in escalation being necessary. In other words, your frequencies, your vibrations, as you call it, can rise uninhibited and your experiences be a leap of escalation of your very being in relation to all other things.

You must know that you have requested of the Universe, a great shift that would change your world. It is so and it has begun. You must also know that there is never change without chaos. Consider whatever chaos you encounter to be a grand sign that the shifting is moving into full swing. To ease the way during these times, do not be reactive but rather intentional. Be of car in what you intend, as it will be so and that reality will contain the doubts and fears that you sent with your message of creation. Create from your heart of hearts in such a way that you bring to your experience only that which you truly desire. Do not focus on what was because it is lost in the changes. Know that what is, is all that matters.

Know that you have chosen optimal times to occupy human form and to experience a vast depth of awareness, emotion and physicality. You are part of a greater happening that is eons in coming and infinite in its reach. As are you.

Interview with Gregg Braden, New York Times
best-selling author of Fractal Time

If you are curious to know if there is any science behind the prophecies of 2012, scientist and New York Times best-selling author Gregg Braden has the information that will put it into real-time perspective. Geological time, that is. After 22 years of scientific research, Braden’s new book Fractal Time explains why 2012 marks the end of a 5,125-year cycle. Did you know that the Earth is presently moving across the equator of the Milky Way? When we talk about the changes that are coming up in 2012, some of those visible changes here on Earth are apparently in response to the astronomical changes that are being created by the Earth’s crossing of the Equator of the Milky Way.
In an interview with Dr. Laurie Nadel, Gregg Braden talks about the Mayan prophecies of 2012 and what they mean to you.
Q: You say that 2012 is not the end of the world but the end of a world age—a 5,125-year cycle of time?
Gregg Braden: Some people speak about 2012 like any other news story that you hear about every day. Others who may not have heard anything about 2012 say, "What’s the big deal about a date?"
Q: Maybe they think it’s like Y2K.
Gregg Braden: Precisely! I was an engineer, working in the defense industry in the 1980s when I first began hearing about the year 2012. Some people were saying, literally, "It’s the end of the world." Others said, "It’s the end of the world as we know it." And some even said, "It’s the beginning of a thousand years of peace."
Everyone I asked had a different opinion. What I discovered as a scientist was that the only way that I would know what 2012 was all about was to understand the people who created the calendars that tell us about 2012. And the only way to understand them was to understand great cycles of time.

Q: What do you mean when you say, "cycles of time?"
Gregg Braden: Our own science now is telling us that we, on this planet, our lives, and our planet in general, are under the influence of great cycles of time; cycles within cycles, within cycles. Some of the cycles we know about, like the 24-hour cycle of the day for day and night, or the 28-days of a woman’s cycle. But the great cycles cover such vast periods of time that we don’t remember them from one civilization to the next. Our present great cycle is a 5,125-year-long cycle linked to an astronomical event that occurred in the year 3114 B.C.
Q: Now, that’s almost incomprehensible for people—3114 B.C.
Gregg Braden: It ends on December 21, the Winter Solstice, December 21, 2012 A.D.
Q: And in that moment or on that day, the sun, you say, is going to move into an alignment with the equator of the Milky Way.
Gregg Braden: What happens during this time—and we have to be really careful when we talk about this—there is an alignment that’s occurring because Earth does this little tip and this little wobble over long periods of time. As Earth tips and wobbles in its orbit, it changes the scenery of the night sky. It changes our orientation in space with respect to the center of our own galaxy –of our Milky Way galaxy.
Now, our own scientists have discovered—and they are publishing this openly—that the center of our Milky Way galaxy is a very powerful source of magnetic energy. The term they use is "magnetic filiments" that radiate from the center of our Milky Way. Where we are, in relation to that source of energy, has a huge effect on planet Earth. Sometimes we’re further away, and we’re tilted away from it, and the effect is less. Sometimes we’re closer or we’re tilted toward it, and the effect is greater.
On December 21st in the year 2012, we have a straight shot—a linear shot, unobstructed by any other planets or any other bodies in the solar system--where we have direct access to that field of energy.
Q: Now, does this mean that the magnetic poles are going to shift, and we’re going to have three days of darkness?
Gregg Braden: There is no scientific evidence to support that.
Q: I’m glad to hear that.
Gregg Braden: There has been a lot of speculation about it. The magnetic poles have certainly reversed in the past. I can tell you as a former geologist that we can see that in the geologic record, 14 times in the last 4-1/2 million years.
Each time, before the magnetic fields reversed, they had to weaken to a certain point before that reversal happened. Even though we have seen a decrease in the magnetic field strength of the Earth over the last 100 years or so, it is still so much higher than the measurement that is needed for it to reverse that the probability of this happening in the next three years between 2009 and 2012 or even a year or two after, it looks like it’s a slim probability. We’ve got so many other things to worry about.
Q: Are there new discoveries that show that we can think of time as an essence that follows the same rhythms and cycles that govern everything from particles to galaxies? Can we think of these things that happen in time as places within cycles?
Gregg Braden: The bottom line is that time is essentially a wave that is moving in one direction. Right now it’s moving from the present to the future. So, the seeds for things that are happening today and events like 2012 that are yet to happen have already occurred in the past.
If we know where to look into the past, it gives us a good idea of what we can expect in the present and the future. Time’s waves follow natural rhythms, cycles, and natural progressions. This means that we can measure, calculate, and predict when the seeds – the conditions -- for an event are going to happen again, and again, and again. This means that we can take the year 2012 calculate backwards, using natural rhythms to the times in our history when the seed for 2012 was planted. Looking at the seed, we can determine when the patterns and events that will happen in 2012 were set into motion. We can go into the geologic record to see what was happening then on the planet. Or we can go into the archaeological record to see what was happening to people to give us a really good idea of what we can expect over these next few years.
Q: You talk about how the conditions for the Mayan end-date of 2012 have already happened in our past.
Gregg Braden: Absolutely!
Q: What can we do to prepare for what’s going to happen next in 2012?
Gregg Braden: To prepare for whatever is happening, we have to understand what it is that’s going to happen. This is the value of knowing precisely where to look in the past to understand what we’re about to experience or what we’re already experiencing now.
Q: Now, you talked about Pearl Harbor and 2001 as being years that were kind of hot dates when, in fact, the United States was, both times, attacked. What are some of the other hot dates that you refer to in the book?
Gregg Braden: For 2012, the records show that when we’ve looked into the history of the Earth, into the ice cores in Antarctica, for example, it preserved a record of Earth’s past. When we look into those ice cores at the dates that are the fractals or the seed patterns for 2012, they tell us that in those dates the magnetic fields of the Earth became weaker. The energy from the sun was stronger so that the ice on the poles began to melt. The oceans began to rise, the climate began to shift, and the weather patterns began to change.
Q: We are experiencing that now.
Gregg Braden: Precisely, and that is the whole point. Has the Earth gone through a big change? Yes. Does it mean that something is wrong or something is broken? No! It always happens when we reach this point in a great cycle. When we are this distance from the energy source at the center of our Milky Way, when Earth is tilted and oriented the way it is, apparently, this is what always happens.
Therefore, to a large extent, we are already experiencing the great changes that so many have predicted. We are already seeing cities wiped off the face of the Earth near shallow coastlines. We are already seeing major magnitude earthquakes and tsunamis. We are already seeing forest fires ranging them across vast, open spaces. We are seeing millions of people die from disease. The United States is blessed in that we’re not experiencing as much here as in other parts of the world. But such change can happen anywhere and everywhere.
Q: The take-away message…?
Gregg Braden: It is good for us to prepare and to help other people that are having the problems of feeling the brunt of these changes. But here is the core: The geologic records show that the changes are intense; absolutely intense, but that they’re brief. They don’t last for generation, after generation, after generation. The archaeological records show that when past civilizations reach the point in their cycle where we are in right now, they made a mistake that we don’t want to repeat today.
Q: What was that mistake?
Gregg Braden: When the world began to change, civilizations of the past didn’t understand the change. They began to fight one another for the resources. In that violent competition for what was left when the world was changing, everyone lost. Nobody won. The civilizations collapsed. For example, Egypt’s 20th dynasty absolutely collapsed during precisely this period of time and no one even knew about them until thousands of years later.
We are at a point right now where we must choose to work together for this brief period of time to bring ourselves through this time of change. If we make the mistakes of the past and everyone loses. This is why I feel that this book is so important right now.
Q: A lot of people kind of feel helpless when they start listening to stories about ancient civilizations collapsing. They think about tsunamis and Katrina, and it’s very hard for people not to feel overwhelmed by the great scope of planetary movements and fractal time. For what can people hope?
Gregg Braden: On my website, www.greggbraden.com you will find a link to the Global Coherence Initiative. When you click on that link, you can learn about the science-based initiative that allows each of us to learn a way of being that actually influences the fields of the Earth. In other words, you can learn how to have a positive impact on how we come through this time in history. This project is all about our relationship to the Earth through heart-based living.
Q: What is heart-based living?
Gregg Braden: In the past few years, our own science has made a radical, revolutionary discovery that changes everything about the way we think of ourselves and the world. What they found is that when we create heart-based feelings of gratitude, appreciation, care—literally, using the muscle of the heart to create these feelings—what we’re actually doing is generating a magnetic field inside our bodies that is part of the magnetic field of the Earth that undergoes the change.
The Earth’s magnetic field rises, falls, and regulates everything from climate to ice caps and sea levels. This magnetic field joins all life on Earth from a blade of grass, to an ant, to a goldfish, to a hamster, to us. When many of us come together and create a common feeling, that experience is called "coherence." "Coherence" can actually be measured. It is 0.10 Hertz. That is the measurement of the coherence created between the heart and the brain.
Scientists first found out about this during 9/11 when our satellites 22,000 miles in space began to register changes in the magnetic field of the Earth, when humans were having feelings about September 11th and the World Trade Center. This is a surprise to science. They asked, "Why would people experiencing 9/11, why would that possibly affect the magnetic fields of the Earth? There’s no connection, right?" Well, wrong. They found that there is a connection and this has led to what is called the Global Coherence Initiative Project.
Scientists are now building the sensors that can measure these magnetic fields and put them up onto the website where you can watch the fields change everyday in real time. In addition to measuring this field, the Global Coherence Project aim is to teach people how to create coherence in their everyday lives. It’s not a hard thing to do, and you don’t have to change your lives to do it. You don’t have to change your meditations, your prayers, or any practice. It’s a way of being in our hearts as we go throughout the day that’s very easy to learn.
Q: So, it’s kind of an awareness or biofeedback-type training.
Gregg Braden: That is part of it. When we create this coherence inside our bodies, it triggers about 1,400 biochemical changes. Anti-aging processes begin. DHEA level—the life-giving hormone—surges in our bodies. Our immune systems become really strong. We think more clearly. We become less aggressive. The magnetic fields of the heart are now being documented. We are facing the greatest challenges of 5,000 years of recorded human history. As we face the great challenges of our time, we are asking, "What can we do?" Here’s what we can do: We can learn the language of the magnetic field that is creating the changes and help bring that field from chaos into order.

We can influence the very fields that are creating the change. The Mayans cannot tell us how this cycle ends because we are writing the ending to this cycle while we’re living it right now. The fear about 2012 is stressing a lot of people but we have the ability to regulate the magnetic field by regulating the way that we work together through our hearts. The key is: we’ve got to work together to do it.

Funny story - I was meandering on the computer when I found this site, I was lokking up some stuff on chemtrails. The next week or so I had a question for my friend, my reiki mentor and she directed me to this very site.
