Time of Radical Shift
A Look into the Coming Cycle

Greetings, I feel compelled to write this note about what we astrologers are seeing coming. We are in the beginning of a very unique time in history that will redefine the foundations of our lives. The astrological circumstances are uncommon and very dramatic. Change is likely to affect every level of our being, even though each person will feel it differently and in varying degrees of intensity.

I'm writing this note so that you may make better use of this time and understand what it is about. As astrologers we are aware of cycles that affect our existence; because this coming cycle is very unique, I feel it is important to share this information. I will try to keep it simple and not burden you with a long text and excessive details.

There are multiple planetary bodies that are gradually forming a very particular and rare alignment. This configuration began to form during the fall of 2008. Politically, that time was when the economical crisis exploded and when US president Barack Obama was elected. The configuration will move into a second phase during November 2009 and January/February 2010. (Saturn will move into the Cardinal sign of Libra and will form powerful angle to Pluto in Capricorn)...

The third phase is probably the most dramatic and intense, and will occur from the end of June to the end of July 2010, when all the factors of the configuration will align together in a cross at the very beginning of Cardinal signs in astrology. (Cardinal signs are the signs of new cycles. The planets in questions are Pluto, Uranus, Saturn, Jupiter, and Mars. These planets are slow moving bodies and therefore it is absolutely exceptional that these slow moving bodies end up all aligned in a cross on these very sensitive degrees!

In normal circumstances, some people go through changes while others continue their routine. Here the alignment is so strong and dramatic that everyone's life can be considerably affected, it is likely that your life will not be the same by fall 2010! The question that often arises is:" Is it bad, or is it good?" The answer is that it depends on the way one deals with the events; a conscious approach can make a difference.

One thing for certain: do not expect security, consistency, and predictability during this time. Reality is bound to change fast and so it is better to move with the flow, while remaining conscious of what is going on. Flexibility is one of the most important assets during this time. This influence is analogous to a gigantic wave forming; you can ride on that wave and go farther than ever expected -experience a powerful transformation that can elevate you to new grounds. But this wave can also destroy a lot of what you are currently attached to.

Redefinition may occur in different fields: you may change vocation, relationships, location, mindsets, to name but a few. New people will move into your life, current ones may leave. New ideas and projects will develop and you may feel inspired to completely reinvent yourself! The cards are re-shuffled! This is a time of an awakening, a revolution; an internal and social revolution.

Everything is shaking up, everything, from November 2009 until August 2010, nothing will stay still. It can be very good, but you have to learn to navigate these changes and seize opportunity when it comes. Don't try to have it all perfect, don't try to keep the cake and eat it: change can take you to a completely new and perhaps higher level of what you are about, but you will have to let go of your security during this time. It is a time for risk, reinvention, new ideas, new concepts, new vision, and the impetus to make it happen.

Marriages may break, jobs and possessions may be lost, people may get sick, and simultaneously, new relationships may emerge, new passion may awaken, a completely new lifestyle is in the making...You are embarking on an adventure whether you know it or not, whether you like it or not.

My suggestion: make peace with the idea, don't resist the adventure. If you are accepting it, you will make the best of it. If you fight and resist it, you won't win.

This is what I mean by being open to risk taking, it may be time to take that "plunge!" Risking does not mean giving in to every silly venture. It is about hearing a calling for truth, things you have denied, postponed, avoided, feared, but things you know were true. This is a time to be more truthful and follow a calling.

Collectively, while the forces of corruption and manipulation may attempt to control the course of events, they are bound to disintegrate. Scandals will continue to hit the news, Natural events will continue to shake the earth. At worst, a war may break during summer 2010 or later because dramatic changes can spur fear and conflict... But it does not have to go that way; we are creators of our own destiny in the midst of the given circumstances.
As you go through these changes, it is crucial that you take good care of your immune system because as positive as changes may be, they can overwhelm you and weaken your immune system: eat more healthy, avoid fast sugar, ingest raw garlic and onions daily (sandwich), exercise, take time out of the intensity loop, do not let negativity take over-these are basic tips that can keep you grounded.

Importantly: the situation heating up is like a piece of molten iron that can be beaten into a better form-personally and collectively. Be an ambassador of good and avoid wasting time on trivial details.

For example, as we see the earth being depleted and all resources and species dwindling, people waste time arguing if global warming is or is not happening, if it is man-made or not! IT DOESN'T MATTER! What matters is that the natural world is vanishing before our eyes because of our misaligned actions: excessive pollution, deforestation, and peaking toxicity levels are a reality beyond global warming debates.

Similarly, the economy is not likely to stabilize any time soon, but perhaps, necessarily so. And so it will be with many other aspects of your life ... you will not have immediate answers. Be patient and keep doing your best. When the cycle will complete, new circumstances will emerge... This cannot be artificially rushed.

These dramatic times are an opportunity for us to restructure our lives, personally and collectively. As many things are being redefined, we can relinquish bad habits and attachments, open up to new ideas, and invest in what works rather than settle for immediate gratification. Patience is another essential asset.

In this context, do not expect others to change for the better if you don't do it yourself. We blame the governments and project our frustration on distant "evils," but fail to open our hearts ourselves. Being pro-active may work better than being self-righteous.

GENERAL SUGGESTIONS:
Understand this is an opportunity to reinvent ourselves in a better way.
Understand there will be a price to pay, something may need to go.
If you lose something or someone, understand this is the sign of these times, use a crisis to venture into new horizons and create something new.
Understand this is an adventure and risk must be taken.
Understand that this is not a time when we can expect security-we are in transition...
Listen to your inner truth, make you life truly happen now.
Take care of your immune system: avoid bad diets in generalŠthey render you vulnerable to opportunistic viruses.
Support your friends and family, we all shall need one another for support during this transition time.
Cultivate your spiritual practice: this is also important for your immune system.
Do your best to do good: whatever you seed now will have effect now and later.
There is probably more than can be said and explained, but you get the point. An incredible opportunity is arising, now and throughout 2010, this type of cycle has not happened in recent history. We can expect a certain level of destruction to occur-that is the price to pay, but the prospect of experiencing an awakening and creating a better future is now within reach. We are now in the midst of a revolution - a cultural, social, and political revolution. On a personal level, it is a conceptual, emotional, and or spiritual revolution, truly, it is in the making!

Love And Detachment By Kristi Bowman
We often hold negative associations with the concept of detachment. "She seemed so detached," we overhear someone say with a pained look on his face. We may perceive someone who is detached as uncaring, irresponsible, unloving, or any number of other things. We are made to believe that attachment is what brings happiness. We often confuse love and attachment.

During the last few months, the universe has gifted me with valuable experiences regarding attachment and detachment in a relationship. When I entered a particular relationship dance, I consciously committed to breaking through structures and limitations that had been present in all my previous relationships. These structures and limitations were echoes of familial patterns, past relationships, and societal norms. I opened myself more fully than I ever had before, moving through fear, and allowing myself to be utterly vulnerable and exposed. I engaged in this dance with a beautiful, divine being who embodies the very essence of detachment and love.

During this time, I observed myself growing more and more connected (more attached, we might say) to this being, as there were no longer walls around my heart. This experience may be related to what people refer to as "falling in love." It was a new experience for me. I had been on the receiving end of such an experience but never on this end.

When we attach to someone, there is a connection like an energetic cord. This energetic cord has a similar function to the physical umbilical cord. When we are in the womb, we are connected by the umbilical cord to the mother in order to gain nourishment; this connection is necessary to support life. When we enter this world, and we are able to thrive on our own, it is time for the chord to be cut, we detach. In relationships, not realizing there is any other way, we energetically attach to another in order to draw nourishment, to get our needs met.

We are conditioned into believing that the fulfillment of all our emotional needs and our happiness are attained through a significant other, or through other outside sources, rather than from within. Emotions are energy, and we believe we need energy from others. We believe we are like light bulbs needing to be plugged into an electrical outlet in order to shine. And we are continually bombarded with messages to reinforce this false belief -- everything from co-dependent love song lyrics like, "I can't live without you," to our parents and friends telling us, "You'll find somebody to make you happy, don't worry." With this repeating message, it is not difficult to see how we then internalize this belief. We say, consciously or unconsciously, "I am not with the woman/man of my dreams, therefore, I am unhappy. I feel confused, forlorn, unwhole, unloved."

Statements like these hand over the ownership of our experiences and feelings to another person. We are saying, "You are here to make me happy," or "You are here to make me feel loved, or "I am sad because you left," -- you, you, you -- removing self-responsibility and making others the cause of what happens to us. We disempower ourselves. How can another person be responsible for something that is our personal, inner feeling state?

Having an energetic cord in a relationship also sets up expectations. Again, stated consciously or unconsciously (usually unconsciously), "If I buy you dinner" (or take care of the kids, or am kind to you, etc.), "you will like me more and want to spend more time with me so that I can get my emotional needs met." We are engaging in action with the expectation that it will bring us something in return. I want to be clear that I am not saying there is anything "right" or "wrong" with this way of engaging, but merely that it puts the responsibility of our need-fulfillment in another person's hands.

If we commit to acting from the awareness that we are responsible for our life choices and what we create, we have the opportunity to realize our truth, which is that we are NOT the light bulb. Rather, we are the electricity! We are that which we are seeking.

Having a fair amount of experience with energetic cords from times past, during the last few months, when I would feel attachment to this loved one, I would regroup and consciously "cut the cord" (a cord-cutting ceremony is a powerful tool from the shamanic tradition). I consciously chose to gain my nourishment and energy from sources other than this person. This happened time and time again -- I would feel energetically attached, and then cut the cord. Then, as if it had a will of its own, I would discover the cord attached once more (all those darn years of conditioning!). So again I would be persistent and cut it. Attach, snip...attach, snip...attach......snip.

Even when an energetically corded relationship comes to an end, or transitions into another form, the cord may still be there for a time. This is experienced in any number of ways: continued longing for the other, blame, projection, a sense of feeling incomplete without him or her, an attempt to control the other person's behavior because she isn't doing what we think she should be doing, etc., etc. This cord could remain attached for a few minutes, a few days, or a few years, depending on when we choose to cut it and release it.

The challenge is in the letting go, the surrendering to the unknown. As our hands grip the edge of the cliff, we cannot always see what lies beneath our dangling feet. But let there be trust, for others have gone before us and joyfully lived to tell the story.

When we choose to cut cords, we are not saying that we must disconnect ourselves from experiencing or feeling love. On the contrary, once we distinguish attachment from love, understanding they are not synonymous, we open ourselves up to experience a more powerful, pure, and expansive love, for it is no longer limited to just one person, and no longer based on need. It is like going from having a few teaspoons of water dribbled upon us to being plunged in the ocean! We become immersed in it. We realize it is in every thing and every one. It is impossible NOT to experience love, for this is our very essence.

A couple days ago, I came across these words by Don Miguel Ruiz from his book Beyond Fear. They are a beautiful reminder and reflection. He states, "Other peoples' love can awaken your love, but it is your own love that makes you happy. That love is your own truth. It is your freedom.... Happiness can come only from inside us. No one can make us happy. Happiness is an expression of our love coming out of us. We are not happy because others love us, but because we love them."

I am grateful to the universe, to Spirit, for providing such an ever-abundant supply of life experiences from which to learn and grow! May we all embrace our truth, experience our freedom and joy, and embody our love-essence.

Summoning the Family of Light - Allowing Your DNA to Re-member Itself

The New Human aspires to function with a physical structure activated in their human body which is plugged into the Earth’s gridwork. As the human being in the third dimension begins to attune themselves to more light. As the human being begins to ride the waves of incoming light with a free hand—not holding on—trusting and with courage allowing the incoming information=light to flow into their physical body; the body grows in its ability to hold light. As the light comes into the body, the DNA is gradually being transformed. The human race was meant to be a living library, a completely accessible record of all that is, and also to have direct structural connections with the energy gridwork of the Earth, which was itself foretold and created for the purposes of being a living library.
For those who have encountered the work of my ancestors and the holy ones in my world who have transmitted this information via Barbara Marciniak in “Bringers of the Dawn,” I am here to revive within you the awakening you experienced when you took in these codings of language and light in the form of the energetic transmissions which Barbara brought through and to inform those on the planet who are not members of the Family of Light, as to your presence in their midst and their ability to contact and connect with you for support and information: encouragement.
Brothers and Sisters. The earth’s ascension is underway and the disruptions to the planet are difficult to ignore. As the awakening among many of the human race continues there are emerging significant anchored beings of light upon who you might call for encouragement. It is more than difficult for you as humans to move beyond the structures within your bodies and within your culture which have limited your ability to see beyond fear, to see beyond differences in your race. First of all, in the same ways in which you had big awakenings some years ago as to the manipulative qualities within your advertising field, you must begin to realize that some of these limitations you experience in being optimistic and positive, in having faith in yourself, in loving one another, in choosing the path of harmony and peace in your lifestyles—many of the challenges which make these choices difficult or seemingly NOT to your benefit at times are created by structures within the planetary energy system which are currently being dismantled and destroyed. Need I say it? Hurray!
The existing planetary structures which were based upon your limited abilities with your own biological structure—the limitations made manifest by your two helix DNA—are being dissipated as more and more light is not only coming into your planetary organism, but the Earth herself as well as a number of humans and “humans” on the planet have the physical structures and are now holding this light within their frameworks. As such they are and have been, transmitting this energy just by being. As they hold this light within their physical bodies and as this aligns with the energy structures of the planet there is a growing sense of knowing that the human being is indeed, DIVINE.
This is not an egotistical, grandiose notion created by insecurity, or fantasies. This is a concrete physical knowing which is emerging as the light which comes into your structure begins to re-activate within your physical body the codes which have been inserted for you, per the request of your soul, such that at the perfect moment you would be able to receive the energetic transmissions of these words, and the words of those members of the Family of Light who are within your midst and are transmitting these energies, who are stepping down these energies as needed such that you may assimilate them and begin to reclaim your glory as divine beings on this amazing and auspicious planet.
The Earth has a history much longer than anything you remember. It is older and more magnificent than you can yet know of. But I tell you brothers and sisters that you will indeed remember your glorious beginnings as race at a time that is perfect for you to awaken to this inner glimpse of your history. You must have this moment of knowing when you can handle the image and the content which will transmit it. So do not be frustrated or concerned that this has not transpired yet. It will.
I tell you, indeed, it will. For I know this. I know this the way you will know this. And this is coming without a doubt.
There are those who wished that we would not be successful in our aspiration to return the Earth to its original intentions as a Living Library for the galactic community, for they, like us, have their own aspirations for this beautiful planet. And in the past, they have been successful in using the consciousness of the planet for their own creations. All of these aspirations are infused with source energy, just varied in orientation and focus. We all have desires to create and the creations of our planet are dependent on the focus of the energy forms which house consciousness, which “lead” consciousness, which orient and amplify the structures which emerge from their own focus.
As such, the human race no longer realized that they were creating within not only a limited structure—due to the manipulated mutation of their DNA by the existing keepers of the planet—but also by the collective fear and scarcity thoughtforms which were amplified and dominant in the planet and thus made manifest in cultural and lifestyle structures and patterns. These cultural and lifestyle energy forms, which embodied and were based on scarcity and fear, created further structures based on power and divisiveness. All of this has created an unbalanced energy pattern within the planet, but one which catered to the energetic desires of the keepers of the planet, and one which limited the light=information on the planet and in the experience of the human race. (Until recently! Smile)
This may all sound a bit farfetched for you to comprehend and assimilate, but as the Archangel Michael, and I will keep telling you, along with the Terra Nova Council, the other species who are committed to the Earth’s transmitting to the fifth dimension and the emergence of the New Human Race: the time has come for you to awaken to the bigger picture of what is transpiring on your planet. To look at the larger themes in what is unfolding and to open yourself up to the inner knowing which will clearly speak to you, if you but allow yourself to attune to what resonates within you. When you are willing to be neutral and not judge what you remember and what you will then, clearly from within, not from outside of yourself: KNOW will be revealed. You will feel powerful and uplifted; because light informs you, and once you are informed you feel powerful.
It is imperative that you orient yourselves to your inner knowing, for the capacity of this knowing to convey much larger meaning and much fuller comprehension of yourself beyond this focal point, will allow you to view your NOW-moment with an understanding and appreciation which will give you great purpose and clarity.
This will be empowering and will itself initiate a subsequent acceleration of your evolution which will engage your body further with the existing Earth structures, thereby allowing you to know more, which will then allow you to hold more light, which will activate within your body dormant strands of DNA and allow them to begin reassembling, which will again allow you to tap into the Earth’s planetary grid more completely and this again will allow you to hold more light. All the while you will be broadcasting what light you do hold and this will allow others to transmit themselves along the same pathways that you are paving, co-creating and walking as a result of those who came before you: The Family of Light.
There are among you many who are not native to this planet. The Family of Light is here in disguise as human form. Although they are part of the original planners of the Earth they are not necessarily native to this land. They seeded it, with components of their own DNA, as did many others from the Universe, when the Earth began its amazing beginning as a Living Library. But they are here now, for a subversive purpose and have been active in this process long before you likely awoke to it. They have been here to hold light, to bring more light and information into the planet and by doing so to bring in a different frequency, which by its very nature would destroy the limiting forms and structures within society and culture which serve to hold you in a limited physical vessel (this vessel actually contains all that is needed for full participation, yet it lies dormant for the voice, the words, the energy forms which would activate and re-connect your dormant DNA structure, have been awaiting these transmissions of light and actually required them to awaken).
The purpose of this message is to provide you with a much needed larger context for the ascension of the planet.
Many of you have been calling for clearer visions and understandings of what life is to be like in the new fifth dimensional earth. We must tell you with love: you are thinking way too small. Think big! Much bigger. Or, rather, tap in. Find within you the true knowing of what is to come by remembering what is the original form of the Earth for the aspiration is to re-instate your physical structures such that you may perform the honored function as members of this Living Library. And beyond that, the Earth is your oyster…so to speak.
What you will choose to create as the new human is something we await with delight and anticipation.
You must simply follow your own inner voice and urgings, allow yourself to have some faith and courage, to trust in your experience. And ask for all that you will benefit from receiving as support and encouragement. The Family of Light are alive, in human form, existing within your midst and have already, succeeded in bringing enough light into anchored form on the planet to ensure transition for the Earth into the fifth dimension.
Now, though, my earth friends, it is time for us, the Family of Light, to turn our focus to you. Many of you are not yet keepers of the light in actual experience. You innately may resonate to these calls to awakening, but it is time to go beyond liking this message to living it. If you do not awaken to your own innate soul purpose, time will simply run out for you. We wish to assist you in any way we can to accelerate your evolution and to make it an easy, peaceful, joy-filled experience. We are here for you—in the non-physical and the physical.
You only need ask and you will be led to us for encouragement, information, and most importantly—the chance to encounter the energetic vibrations of light which will activate your own inner codes such that the transformation and knowledge that is within you will flood into your awareness and guide you. Then you may utilize us for community, for support and encouragement as you like, but knowing full well from your own sources that you are on the journey and creating it with your own willingness to awaken and your ability to do so and hold the light you are receiving without freaking out, and therefore, ready for more.
This process is accelerating, as the planet has reached already the tipping point. There is no turning back. There will be a separation of worlds in which those who are vibrating, not liking the idea, but actually vibrating with the higher dimensional codes, will transmit into a new dimension. The entire universe is hierarchal, exists as sacred geometry, and this structure is not something we can alter, only move and transmit between based on our own energetic focus and structures.
To participate you must simply be in accord with the frequency of the ascending earth.

The concept of the world being our personal mirror can be found in many teachings. It is often discussed in more theoretical terms and I was wondering if could gather some practical tools here that can help use to change our beliefs and thus the realities we experience. I use breathing techniques, I go out in garden, I walk barefoot, I sit with my back against a tree, I work on letting go of the mind chatter and thoughts and sense and feel from a higher place. I work on letting it all Be. That is why the mantras that I use help me in retraining the mind. It is easy to fall into the patterns that I have lived with for so long.

It takes work to relearn and let go.
