just wanted to add my own two cents here... very fascinating discussion  i am of the "belief" that remembering WHO you were is less important than whether or not you mastered the lessons placed before you... and how you mastered those lessons... be it as Cleopatra or a scullery maid... IP: Logged |

You are correest in, it doesn't matter who you werewhat is attached to that life, and the karma is important, each Life a facet of the Diamond you are to Become Know thyself all is written in the Book

Nice discussion!I have heard that in certain civilizations that existed in past, when a child is born, its past karma (that includes the child's karmic responsibilities as well as the multitudes of the child's past lives), is calculated by horoscopes and through mediums. When the child is grown up sufficiently, his karma is explained to him. The child's life is then designed as per his past life experiences either by the child himself, or through the help of his kith and kin (of the present incarnation). IP: Logged |

A woman from Canada and a woman from Ireland didnt see eye to eye....they clashed in their opinions.
Then one day the Irish woman saw something written down at a place she didnt normally frequent. The Canadian woman wrote that the other woman had been her sister in a past life and how badly she had treated her and she apologised.The Irish woman was touched and moved by these words, and the humiity of the other and great healing took place.... Throughout my life I've had many dreams of Egypt, dressed in flowing robe attire and sandals. In the dreams I'd be telling the future and helping the people. I once talked with a seer about these dreams and she told me to read the book called: Initiation by Elizabeth Hiach and then I'd know the answer. Really good book! Hi, can I ask if lets say you go to different readers and they say you're different people does that mean they are all you, in different time periods?I get stuff like, my last incarnation was 1800s.. and I had many before that.. so that means every 100years or so we reincarnate? If that's the case, I know a Rasputin! She's young and highly intelligent to boot now. And I was told I was from Ancient Egypt, but I have never been drawn to Egyptian culture till I was told that. I remembered a lot about my last life, I believe, when I was little. I would get confused sometimes about who I was and certain aspects of my life. I remember often thinking that my parents weren't really my parents... when of course they are.I think I remember now all that I need to. IP: Logged |

I was a victim during the famine in Ireland...had to escape to England to survive and hated it there..In this life, I again live in Ireland.... And cannot stop eating... I also have an aversion to England, even though we've family there. The thought of being there makes me panic somewhat,,,a feeling that I shall never get back to my homeland!  IP: Logged |

When I was 14 I became obsessed with President Kennedy's assassination. I'd just seen the movie JFK and I bought a bunch of books and did all this research about the shooting. I had these strange dreams about an area south of Dallas near the Trinity River and later found out my dreams were based on reality. So I came to the conclusion that I was someone close to the case--I knew Oswald or something like that. Not sure of the details but that's what I think.Recently I had two dreams about two separate lives. In the first dream, I was a woman who killed a British soldier. In the second, my husband and I lived on a horse ranch in New Mexico sometime in the 1880s. My husband was a former Civil War soldier turned Indian fighter. A long time ago I had a dream that I was fighting in a battle and the other side started firing on us with cannons. We'd never seen cannons before and all we had were bows and arrows, so we ran away. I ran and ran until someone caught up with me and killed me, at the base of a small rolling hill. Weird stuff! The interesting part is I think the soldier I killed and the husband are the same person. IP: Logged |

i'm not sure who i was but i'm pretty sure i hav som connection to royalty coz i always dream of my self or behave as if i were a princess or somthin.always pictured myself living in some beautiful palace.wat do u all think? i hope its not sumthin stupid.

Phillbird! lmao!! I dont know who i was in a past life, nor have I asked my higher self. Although i do have a feeling that i drowned in a past life. I've always been afraid of my head being under water and i feel a constant compression on my chest when i am submerged in water. i've had some dreams/visions about my past but i didn't piece them together. I KNOW I wasn't royalty or any of that nor am I disappointed about it. Phillbird, don't feel bad, I was a pain in the ass too, more than once, at that. lol.Actually, just last week i asked for a reading from Allie - www.gypsyadvice.com and she is GREAT. Without telling her much, she was able to tell me about my past lives and it all coincided with the dreams/visions I've had as well as many other interesting facts. she's really good with past lives issues and reoccuring patturns, soulmates/twin souls, guardian angels, future forecasts, connections to and messages from loved one's who have passed over. They are both WONDERFUL people and I've stopped wondering, worrying and driving myself crazy. You also believe that you were Joan of Arc? I don't remember that life, but when I went to my first and unfortunately only reading, Dr. Karen Frank (she's a really good psychic and hypnotist; she was actually tested at A.R.E. and they said she had more natural talent than Edgar Cayce!) said that she sensed Joan of Arc and thought it was me, but she only sensed it so maybe I KNEW Joan of Arc in a past life... so, if you were Joan of Arc and I used to know you, then hello! ^_^ Other than that, I remember having been a male farmer in the 1700s and I lived alone, only loved one woman my entire life but she became a nun, so I died alone after my family had died from a plague... it was sad. I really wanted to remember a life with my significant other, because I'm POSITIVE that we've known each other before... our relationship is just too full of evidence to be ignored. ^_^ I LOVE HIM!
