WOW! Your pressures are actually pretty good coming from a medical background. But everyone is different. My bp runs around 165/90 pulse 120 and my blood sugars are in the 250's and up at times... it's an UPHILL battle..that's for sure...the second hardest fight of my life.. IP: Logged |

I always fill the fridge, I just don't get to them as much as I should.Shame on me. Ones Pastrami Addiction, you know. With a good mustard. I prefer something with Horseradish. There; you see, go the good intentions down the road.
