I once had high blood sugar levels and high blood pressure, now it's just disappeared. Things like that, can and do happen. I just had to share that.

I wish I could tell you what it is, but I'm not sure how it happened. It could be the tofu I eat regularly, maybe it's the spiraling or the feelings of happiness and joy I feel growing within me. Maybe it is all of these things combined.

I also prayed for health and well being.

I'm hoping to permanently lower my blood pressure.

I wish I knew how mine went away so I can share the info with everyone. I've been over it in my mind and can't seem to pinpoint the reason. If I ever do figure it out I will certainly run here to share it.

My resting pulse rate changed on its own. It went from 102 to 72. But blood pressure is more stubborn.

Nope. All I did was read in the numerology chapter of Star Signs where Linda said a normal resting pulse rate was 72. A couple of days later, mine adjusted.

Now it's at 66! Woo-hoo! But I accomplished that through supplementation for thinner blood (Vitamin E), clear arteries (lecithin, Omega fatty acids), and for a healthy heart (calcium/magnesium, selenium, and a few others). I am going to exercise more and see if I can get it even lower.

Back at 72. I think the magnesium lowered it that night.

Regular fasting will lower blood pressure, and is a main key to cell regeneration. Nothing is so effective as fasting, except your own knowing, which was the case when you read about the normal blood pressure in Star Signs. What I mean with knowing I refer to Linda's number 1 step to Physical Immortality.

Yeah, the number 1 step is crucial.

Randall have you tried drinking hibiscus tea - it supposedly helps to lower blood pressure...

I haven't tried that...but I do take just about all the tested supplements proven to lower bp. It comes to 19 a day. I swallow them all at one time--like a snake. Haha!

Well, actually, I take three Calcium/Magnesium at night before bed, and I take L-Arginine in the morning by itself, so it's really 19 a day but only 15 at one time.
