Build a time loop. Or time loops. Especially if you have children.
Refer to:

I have many children. They are peculiar.

But seriously, I've had more than a few time experiences as we that started in 2013. The craziest being the 1st one in 2013. It was my 1st really intense episode I was awake for 3 days straight running all over town doing nonsensical things anxious as hell. I remember towards the end, my ex husband and I were house sitting for a friend and everytime I walk in a specific part of the kitchen I'd feel a shift & a little dizzy disoriented kinda feeling. I would see the time on the clock and then step in that spot which was just out of view of the clock and it would be 1-2 hours later. (I'm glad we didn't go backwards!) Before the shift I would organize the place settings a certain way on the table, then they would be in a totally new position. My ex-husband was on the couch prior then he was outside on the deck or well across the room. This happened 3 times that day & nothing quite like it since. I spend a great deal of time pondering the illusion of it & the logic behind eternity. I know I am super exciting. The other day I had the TV on for background noise & ppl on the show start talking something about infinity not making sense that you need a beginning & an end, which I agree in a way but I realized then that eternity made perfect sense to me, it is time that I no longer understand if I ever even did!
Please do write about it if you ever can. Ik it is probably difficult to put into words that kinda thing.
