Hi! Could someone help me out about the vitamins Linda advices on the book starsigns? I don't get the exact amoung of each vitamin as it is written in 'mgm'. So one mg equals to 1000 mgm? As I am not english I dnt really know. On the suplements the ingredients are always showed with mg. IP: Logged |

So you have to take 2000 miligrams of vitamin E a day? 😲 That cannot be, everywhere its said 400mg its the maximum among which is healthy to take. Like... if not then vitamin E eats your iron. I guess she meant 200mg! IP: Logged |

No, with Vitamin E, she meant International Units (IU). It's harmless so long as you take d-alpha and not dl-alpha. The dl is synthetic.IP: Logged |

Don't exceed 2,000. It is on the high end, but it's safe.IP: Logged |
