I've never seen it, YIVY. And what about Part 2? Was it just as good?

Yep...cried there too.

Hey not to change the subject, but did you see the new X-files tonight?
I thought it was pretty good, but they overdid the alien torture thing a bit. I like the new Skinner and John the new agent. Do you think the new Deputy Director (??) is taking the "Smoking Man's" place?

Nope, I think Smoking Man will return. By the way, Duchovny will only be in thirteen episodes, and only six of them will have him in them for any length of time. He's leaving the show. Also, there is a spin-off coming called,"The Lone Gunmen."

I've been told I look like one of the Lone Gunmen (don't know which), but I don't see the resemblance!

I haven't seen either of those, Goober (may I call you Goober for short?). I have heard about What Dreams May Come, but what is The Red Violin about?

Of course you may call me Goober! :-)

I highly recommend both the movies I mentioned. They're long, but interesting, and beautiful.

The Red Violin is about the history of a violin, all of the violins owners, how it was passed down and travelled around the world over the centuries. I can't really divulge much else of the plot. I know you'll have something to say about it after you see it though, so after you see it, let me know! :-)

I thought Dogma was a very good movie! I liked it a lot...one of those, "You'll laugh, you'll cry" type of movies.

The movie has some very good messages in it, it made me very hurt to see so many people getting mad over it...because they looked over everything that was great in the conception of it.

One movie I've seen recently that made me think about life was American Beauty. I knew I had to see it for some reason, because all of these things started happening pointing to the movie...a kind of synchronicity type of thing. Well, I did see it, and there are some points to the movie that really touched me. It's definitely a "different" movie.

See "Defending Your Life" - it's hilarious, but with real spiritual undertones.

For a movie about the Saturn Seven Cycle, see Return To Me with Minnie Driver and David Duchovny.

For the best Love story I've ever seen (a real tear jerker), and the happiest movie around that will leave a real impact on you forever, see Here On Earth. This movie will convince you that Love is all!

Want just a really good Love story with a happy ending and excellent acting? Check out Bounce, currently in theatres.

A movie that really surprised me was Men Of Honor. It's about the power of human will and determination despite all odds. You won't be disappointed! Four Stars!

Oops, I almost forgot. Some all-time favorites of mine that are chock-full of star signs are: Prelude To A Kiss, It Could Happen To You, Michael, Groundhog Day, Mr. Destiny, and a wonderfully delightful children's movie called The Labyrinth.
